Don't ask me because I don't remember the reason I drew this.
All I know is that I drew that in summer 2015 and that those are Becs Grey, Leo Valdez, and Jason Grace.
Apparently petrified.
I think that's when Becs went to that quest along with Jason and Leo to decapitate Stheno and Euryale.
