Chapter 10

I awoke suddenly as Draco threw pillows at me

"What the heck?" I mumbled

"Mysti get up it's Christmas!" Draco yelled as he ran to the tree

I laughed pulling myself out of bed and running after him

We grabbed our stockings from the mantle place and poured their ingredients on the floor to examine what was inside.
Mostly our stockings consisted of lots of chocolate, perfume and jewellery. We hauled our small presents up in our arms and unloaded them in our rooms before getting changed.

Our main presents would be given tonight at the Malfoy Christmas party, most of the other pure blood families would be there as Lucius thought it was a good way to bring us all together.

I headed to the dining room for family brunch where I saw Narcissa sitting eagerly awaiting mine and Dracos arrival.

"Morning Mysti" she smiled warmly "merry Christmas darling"

"Merry Christmas Aunty" I replied sitting down and helping myself to waffles and fresh fruit

Draco entered the room smiling and wishing us a merry Christmas

"So do you two have any plans for the rest of the day?" Narcissa asked

"Ahh we thought we might meet up with some friends from school" Draco said casually

"Well that sounds like a great idea" she said radiantly 

"Just don't be late for the party, you're parents will be there Mysti" she added as she left the room

"Uhhh yuck" i announced "I will never get used to floo powder" i said stepping out of Pansy's fireplace

"What an entrance" Scabior laughed wrapping his arms around me 

"Hey can we please keep the PDA to a minimum i have a very sensitive gag reflex" Pansy sassed 

We made our way into the dining room and hot chocolates were handed out, we sat in silence for a bit it wasn't a very Merry Christmas for us. We all knew everything was about to change, School, relationships, Allegiances it scared us. So we sat making eye contact or holding hands knowing exactly what the others were going through.

"You don't think it will be tonight will it?" Pansy asked staring around the table and then looking down at her left forearm

"I don't think you should worry about it darling" Draco assured her 

Pansy nodded 

"Do you think it will hurt" she carried on sounding like a lost child 

"Of course it will. its him" Scabior said shortly

"It's ugly I don't want it!" she cried 

"its only one part of your body Pansy, don't be so dramatic" I said quietly

Pansy glared at me 

"Mysti it's going to be there forever, we will all be linked to him forever. Besides you don't put a bumper sticker on Bentley" she said flicking her hair 

We went back to silence until it came time to leave 

"We will see you both tonight" Draco said hugging pansy and making eye contact with Scabior. They both nodded giving us a small smile

I looked at the clock it was ten to seven guests would be arriving at any moment. I finished putting my earrings in and smoothed down my dress taking one last look in the mirror as i left the room. 

I found Scabior amongst the crowds and we sat together at the dining table as dinner was about to start.

When he walked into the room i felt no fear i felt nothing as his dark robes fell around his bare feet and his Snake-like eyes bore into mine. He was the one they called Voldemort. 

"Good evening my most loyal" Voldemort addressed us 

"I do not care much for festivities however this Christmas I have been very fortunate. WE have been very fortunate, some of my most loyal have returned to us from the hell ridden gates of Azkaban and we of course are lucky to be welcoming such heroes back." He said forming some sort of creepy grin

"Please welcome my most loyal, Bellatrix Lestrange"

My breathing hitched as she walked into the room, that was her that was my Mum.

The Dark Lord continued 

"Rodolphulus Lestrange"

He walked in. He had dark hair like mine and blue eyes that quickly met mine. I froze unsure of how to react but he gave me a smile and a small nod which allowed me to relax 

"And finally my most loyal Barty crouch Jr" There were a few shocked gasps as the words left Voldemorts lips. The young man sauntered into the room smirking as everyone sat down to commence an official death eater meeting.

Sorry it's short this was sort of a filler chapter but it gave me so much writers block. which is why it took ages, more updates to come :)
