Chapter 11

"Come with me Mystique" wormtail demanded grabbing my arm and forcing me through a door

"I'll be back soon" he said in a chilling sing-song voice

I sat down on one of the couches, I tired to figure out why I had been removed from the dinner. Had I done something? I didn't think so unless Voldemort knew about us all not wanting to be death eaters. No that wasn't it otherwise the others would be here too.

Suddenly the door opened. I stood up as a head emerged round the door

"Oh wrong room" Barty Crouch jr said

He looked me up and down

"But man I wish this was the right room" he said smirking

I rolled my eyes

Barty was pulled from the doorway and shoved to the side

"Your dreaming crouch" a voice said

The voice came around the corner and I was met by the face of my father. I just stood there at first as if in a daze my dad laughed and pulled me into a hug.

It was a long hug like one of the ones you give someone when you're saying goodbye or if you haven't seen them for a long time, or in my case your making up for 16 years worth of hugs.

Then she walked in. Bellatrix. She didn't say anything she simply wiped a tear from my cheek and pulled me into a hug.

"I promise we'll explain everything" Bella murmured in my ear

"I'm sorry we abandon you at such a young age before you really had a chance to know us" Bella said as she sat on the couch opposite me

Roldolphulus nodded 

"I suppose you've heard everything we were away for" He said looking at the ground as if he felt ashamed 

I nodded slowly

"Are you ashamed of us?" He asked his blue eyes piercing my brown ones

I looked from him to Bella 

"No" I said simply

"I know I don't know you properly but I would never judge a member of my family. I always wanted to believe the best about you both because your my parents. Your the only ones I'll ever have" I said trying not to show the tears that threatened my eyes

"Thank you Mysti" bella said sincerely 

"We must return to the meeting now" Rodolphulus said standing up and gesturing for Bella and i to do the same

When we returned to the Drawing room there were only adults sat around the table i couldn't spot Draco or the others anywhere

Voldemort gave Rodolphulus a small nod

"Mysti" he said turning to me 

"This bit of the meeting is just for adults so why don't you go find Draco" Roldolphulus said smiling

 I nodded and went to leave the room passing Barty who was on his way in, he smiled and winked at me. I thought his behavior towards me was a bit strange but i brushed it off, little did i know what was to come.
