Zayn: he knew this was something "friends" didn't feel for other friends, but the thoughts had been eating him alive lately. His eyes would move subconsciously to your lips and his mind would wonder for hours what they could taste like - maybe like mint like your breathing, or maybe like chocolate cause he see you eating one not long before, or maybe they tasted sweet and addicting like sugar? And it was reaching a point of near madness when he managed to gather the courage to ask you an almost silent "Can I kiss you?" but you simply said "Yeah" and he later on knew he was right - the taste was addicting, just like you.
