Doughnut/Pastry Galore

You have been having a difficult time handling your YouTube channel and all the drama you are having with your family. And Joe could clearly see it, plus you would tell him a little about what was happening with you.

"I just feel like I can't do anything right." You say to Joe as you make a snack for yourself

Joe kisses behind your head and places his hands on your shoulders, "Is there anything I can do to help, love?"

You turn around with a small plate of snacks in hand, "Just tell me how I am doing."

Joe rubs his thumb against your cheek, "Right now, you are the love of my life. And what I see in you is amazing. You are doing great." he then kisses you on your forehead.

You give him a very happy smile, "Thanks babe."

The next day had a different feeling. You could feel it right when you woke up, for Joe had placed a delicious looking doughnut next to your bed on your small table. You sit your self up in your bed and place the plate that holds the doughnut onto your lap, next to the doughnut is a small piece a paper folded up.

You unfold the paper and it read; You are doing great.
You couldn't help but smile and let your butterflies flutter in your chest.

Around one in the afternoon you were working on a new video that is suppose to go up the next day. Joe set down another doughnut next to your keyboard, kissed your head and left without a word. You smiled as you opened up the paper, reading; You are slowing down the internet, but you're doing great. You let out a small giggle and shook your head a little.

You and Joe go out for some coffee since you two have been in the house for four days straight, you guys needed an excuse to get out. You two ordered your drinks, and Joe walked you over to a corner table of the coffee shop. You two talked until your drinks were called, Joe got up and came back with two drinks and a pastry with a piece a paper on it.

Joe placed the pastry in front of you with your hot drink, "Joe, that's a little unsanitary." You teased him.

He rolled his eyes at you, "Come on, just open it." He sipped on his hot drink.

You opened the letter to read; The drink is hot. You're hot. You are doing great.

You looked up to Joe to see him trying hard not to laugh a little at himself. You smiled at him and bit your lower lip a little at your cheeky boyfriend.

At seven you two ordered take out for dinner, so as you were unwrapping the food you saw there was a small box that had your name on it. You couldn't help but smile, knowing what would lie in it. You opened the box to reveal a small pink doughnut with a small fortune cookie paper next to it, reading; You are doing great, now find eat me. You chuckled at this, as you knew the other way Joe was referring to.

At nine you were arguing/dealing with some family issues with your mom. You were in a heated part of your 'conversation' that Joe came in and gave you a piece of toast with your favorite topping on it, accompanied by some tea and a note. He placed them onto the table close to you and squeezed your hand, then left. After your anger had cooled down from your 'conversation' you took a sip of your tea and opened your note.

You are strong, and independent. You are doing great.

In your fragile moment you let some tears find their way down your face.

Right as you were about to fall asleep Joe whispers, "You are safe. You are doing great."

The next morning you woke up with another doughnut in your face, you immediatly read the note; I forgot to give you the last doughnut. I'm not doing so great.
