Chapter 5

As Ava wakes up she's covered in blood "Hmm that bear was good." then she lays down to go back to sleep. Soon, Cailey walks in to see if she left yet.

"What are you still doing here you should be by the river."

"Well I decided not to go. Cause you know I don't do dates." She says while wiping the blood off of her.

"Well you should you never know it's probably not gonna be as bad as you think it is, plus he's probably waiting for you, someone's waiting on me too."

"Really who?"

"Sam."

"I told you you liked him"

"And you like Ace so you should go."

"Fine but I', only going because you'll be there."

"OK."

Cailey and Ava start to walk to the river.

AT THE RIVER

Ace is waiting on the bank of the river. Then he saw a guy that looks like Ava's kind. Sam notices him and howls three times. Right then Ava walks out of the forest.

"What's your problem he's not gonna hurt anybody. He's a person come on now, he's weaker than we are."

"I heard that I'm right here."

"Why do you think I said it" Ava looks at him and smiles.

"Ava's a little angry this morning."

"When am I ever not"

Ace stands up to stand behind Ava to hug her behind. "What are you doing"

"What does it look like I'm doing. I'm hugging you"

"Don't be a smart ass."

Whispers "Ava be quite"

"I thought you said the truth was good"

"Yes I know but that's not true."

Ace let's go of Ava "Okay no hugs then... Got it."

"Okay look sorry. I just never been hugged, I felt more safe when you did that"

"Well it's fine" He goes back to hugging her from behind.

"CUTE."

Ava and Ace laugh. Sam scowls at Ace and then Ace hugs her tighter and smiles.

"Sam it's cute. Why are you mad"

"It's not cute..... I might be over protecting her because she's my little sister."

"It is cute."

"Sam stop. Can't even believe you would even care after all the things I have done yesterday and before." Ace let's go knowing that there's gonna be a fight.

What did you do yesterday."

"I killed a bear"

"Another one"

"Good food source you know you should try it. All nice a juicy, tender, taste good too."

"That the tenth one"

"Eleventh actually you don't know about Timmy. Oh wait now you do."

"I can't believe you"

Cailey laughs.

"A girl gets hungry" she starts to walk towards Sam. But, Ace gets in front of her.

"Okay don't start a fight now" he puts his hands on her shoulders.
