Chapter 7

Junghee POV

"B-but how?If she wasn't dead,why would she leave us?Why won't she come back?"I got overwhelmed and teared up a little.

"Molla(i don't know),all I know is that she's alive and somewhere out there.We just need to find her."

"How?"

"Calm down,it's not just is two that will be finding her,the other boys had offered to help too."

"They know!?How could you tell them!?"

"Shh.I didn't tell them,they were eavesdropping me when ahjussi came to tell me that he found out that umma is alive.They don't know the whole story yet,don't worry."

"Ok,how about Jungkook?Does he know?"

"Why would you care about him?"Jimin oppa chuckled as he teased me.

"Shut up,i don't care about him,i just care if he knows the truth since he saw me come to school with bruises today.I didn't tell him the truth so i just want to make sure that I'm not caught red-handed."

"Ok ok,he doesn't know.Ahjussi came after he left for school."

"Ok good.So only me,you,and the other 5 boys?How is that enough people?"

"Don't forget ahjussi,he is skilled ok?"Jimin sounded playful like he was teasing ahjussi of NOT being skilled.Plain irony,i sighed internally.

"ok,that is only 8 people still."Hyemi popped out to tell me that the class was over,"Oppa,first period is over,i have to leave now,annyeong."I hung up before he could say anything and the students began coming out,gathering around me to wait for an explanation of the phone call.

I gave back the phone to Hyemi as I sighed,"That call was from-"
I got cut off by Jungkook wrapping his arm around me and pulling me slightly in to his chest,"You don't have to explain to everyone about your private life."I saw him glare at everyone as he said that.I felt all bubbly and warm inside when Jungkook stood out to say that for me,i really didn't want to explain to everyone except that,students in this school could do anything to get what they want.Well,except to have some guts to stand up to me or fight me.

Suddenly,a hand came out of no where and almost slapped me if it weren't for Jungkook that reacted fast and grabbed the hand.He buried my face more into his chest and the whole world was tuned out except for Jungkook's cologne and his voice.

Jungkook POV

I saw Mira's raging face when I pulled Junghee into my body slightly.Who can I blame,i had the urge to protect her....again.When Mira's hand almost reached Junghee's face with a slap,i grabbed it as I pulled Junghee deeper towards me.It was totally on instinct,but oh well,guess I'll just go with the flow.I forcefully pushed Mira's hand away from Junghee,"Didn't I tell you to leave!?Why did you come back!?"

Surprisingly,she didn't even flinch,but I think I felt Junghee cringe once.I hugged Junghee even tighter as Mira just starred at me.Wait,no,it's us-me and Junghee.Her eyes looked shiny and those look like...tears?Nah,i shouldn't ever believe her again.

The crowd around us was getting larger even though it was cutting through next period.Next period is....oh,history.The teacher is a bit strict,but he is a part of the committee to prepare for the anniversary party so he lets me practice during his class times.Yesterday,i had left to practice with the other hyungs when the last period was history.

"Jungkook-ie!"I heard someone call.That sounds like Hoseok hyung,or Jimin hyung,or Tae.

I turned around and,as expected,Tae bearhugged me...and Junghee...together.And Junghee was even closer to me now.My heart is beating like crazy,oh my gawd,hopefully Junghee can't feel it.I feel Junghee's heartbeat though,it was fast,very fast.

When Tae saw that Junghee was also engulfed,he quickly got off,"Mianhae(sorry)."Aish,this hyung,jinja(really).

"Oh,annyeong Junghee!"Seokjin hyung said cheerfully.They all looked surprise at me and Junghee's position.Her arms were wrapped around me,mine around her waist too.Her head was on my shoulder,looking the opposite direction of the hyungs,her breath was tickling my neck.Oh my gawd,we look like a couple.

I gulped and pushed Junghee away gently as her eyes were darting from place to place,face beet red.I looked at all the hyungs,especially Jimin hyung since he is the brother of Junghee.I expected him to look somewhat irritated or angry,but he was smirking.What's with his smirk?I don't have a good feeling about any of his smirks,especially this time.What is he planning?

"A-annyeong h-hyungs."Why do I feel so cold once Junghee has got away?

I feel so cold after I left Jungkook's embrace,why?
