Comfort (Penguin x reader)

You walked into your best friend penguin's apartment and saw butch standing in the kitchen.

"He isn't in a good mood today miss," butch said.

"What happened," you asked look at his bed room door.

"His mother died," butch said.

You looked at the door and back a butch. You put your bag on the table and walk over to Oswald's door.

"Oswald it's me (y/n)," you said knocking in the door.

"Go away," he said.

You opened the door and slowly walked in. He was in his bed crying.

"Oswald," you said gently.

"(Y/n) I want to be alone," he said.

"Cobblepot, I know you. I'm going to sit here with you until you feel better," you said sitting on the bed.

He moved away for you but you got closer.

"Why won't you listen to me a leave me alone," Oswald yelled.

"Because your hurt and I hate seeing the people I love hurt. Damn it Oswald," you yelled.

He sat up and looked at you.

"Oz, you can't just sit here and act like you lost the last person who cared about you. I care about you," you said.

You wrapped your arms around his neck and placed your head on his shoulder. We wrapped his arms around you and smiled.

"I care about you too," he said.

"Wait did the crime boss penguin just say something nice," you said jokingly. 

"Very funny. But thank you (y/n) for always being their for me," he said. "And don't tell anyone I saw nice to you."

"Got it," you said kissing his cheek. "Now let's go get that son of a bitch."

You got up and grabbed the knifed you had in your boots and the gun in your waist band.

"God I love you," he said getting up.

"I know. How couldn't you."
