27 || Lerin?

"Ash we need to go or we are going to be late for check in and we will miss our flight!" I called as I stood at the front door waiting for him
"Don't get you knickers in a twist, I'm coming" he replied as he walked out
"Awh, Erin said that the night we met you and Michael" I said and he laughed
"Yeah, I know. Don't you get that that's why I say it all the time?" He asked and I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"You're so cute! Stop it" I said and he chuckled, pecking my lips
"Your cuter, so you stop first" he said and I shook my head.
"Never in a million years" I said and he laughed
"I still remember when you thought I just wanted sex" he said and I laughed

"Dude! You're the drummer in a band that is becoming world famous - what do you expect?" I asked and he shrugged
"I see your point" he said and I giggled
"Exactly! Now move you ass because the taxi is here" I said as we headed out the front door.

We got to the airport about and hour later and headed to check in. We were finally heading to the Gold Coast for 2 weeks. Being that it was the middle of November, we figured that we should take that holiday. The last two weeks had been so crazy. Ash had a lot of meetings with the guys for their album and their videos. They even filmed the first two music videos and I was in both of them, which was a lot of fun. I got to wear a wig in the second one, so it was definitely different!

I never heard back from the company about the HSM Live performance thing I auditioned for, but I did hear from a cast director for another audition which was in early December, after we got back from Queensland but my ego was kind of shot after the last one, I don't know if I can't go through it again.

We still had an hour before our flight left and we were just chilling in our terminal. I was playing candy crush and Ashton was chatting to some fans.
"Hey, someone asked if you dyed your hair red. Pictures must have leaked out about Don't Stop" he said and I took his phone. I took a picture of my hair and then attached it with a message

"Nope, she's still #teambrunette"

Ash chuckled and then continued what he was doing. I started texting Erin because she was freaking out about Michael. I have no idea why, she still hasn't told me what was going on so I decided to call her

"Hey"
"Hey you. What is going on?"
"What? About Mikey?"
"Yes! You're freaking out and you haven't told me why"
"Oh shit, I'm sorry. Actually, I was wondering why you weren't judging me"
"Ok, please do tell"
"Is Ashton with you?"
"Yes but it's all good"
"He won't hear?"
"Nope"
"Alright. Well don't judge me too harshly"
"ERIN!"

"OK OK! Gosh... Um, well I went and hung out with Luke on that Saturday when you were in the city and everything happened with Ash and your dad"
"Please don't tell me he stuck his German sausage in your Venus flytrap" Ashton frowned at me and I pissed my self laughing
"NO! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! NO WAY! I LOVE MICHAEL, ELIZA! I WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO HIM"
"Alright! Calm down. Just tell me"
"He almost kissed me"
"WHAT!?"
"We were washing dishes because we made a mess and then we were mucking around with the water and I slipped and he caught me... It's was so cliche!"

"Wow, I did not see that one coming... I mean really Erin?"
"I know! I don't even want to kiss Luke.... He was leaning in towards me and I panicked and went to the bathroom... Like was I flirting? What did I do?"
"You probably didn't do anything. It was just a moment you guys had and that's that"
"I know but I feel so guilty Ellie"

"Erin it's fine. Just talk to him."
"And what am I supposed to say?"
"Listen I'll text you?"
"Ashton's going to catch on, right?"
"Yeah"
"It's fine, I need to go and wake up sleeping beauty anyways"
"Dude it's 2:30pm"
"Yeah, I know right?"

I got off the phone to Erin after a while and Ash looked at me
"Trouble in paradise?" He asked
"Yeah, it's fine she's just a little freaked out" I said
"Michael loves her, she doesn't need to be freaked out. What happened anyways?" He asked
"Oh they just had a fight over something and she was just scared is all. You know how Michael is" I said
"Yeah, I do. It will all be fine" he said and I nodded
"I know that, but she doesn't" I said
"Hmmm." He said and I stood up
"I'll be back" I said and walked down the hallway and out into the airport. I got my phone out and dialled Luke's number.
