The Day// Danny Edge

Australia P.2

We arrived in the early hours of Saturday.

I'd never really experienced jet lag before but I really feel sorry for the pilots and the cabin crew. Australia is amazing. It's so hot and the architecture it just so cool.

We gathered our things and got of the plane. The heat hit us like a tone of bricks. We walked to the conveyer belt and waited for our bags. I noticed the pink and white bag and pulled it of. I turned my phone off aeroplane mode and noticed that I had a lot of messages from Mum and Priya.

P: Heya, how was the flight?

S: Gd but jet lagged

P: Weather?

S: ud love it!

M: hey Hun, have you landed yet?

S: yeah, very jet lagged

M: glad to hear your safe

S: love you

M: love and miss you x

Danny held out his arm and we walked to the taxi. We climbed in.

" how far is Hammer Field College from here?"

" half and hour" he had the accent

" thank you "

The ride was nice we just sat and looked out of the window

After half an hour we arrived at a large pair of metal gates. The taxi driver wound down his window and said something to the guard. The guard nodded and shouted something to the man on the other side of us. The metal gates slowly opened and we where let it.

The campus was so pretty. I knew I was going to like it here. The car stopped in front of a large building. The driver opened my door

" we are here" he said excitedly. I stepped out eagerly.

" miss, can I take your bags!" The porter said.

" yeah " I said politely

" I'll sow you to your dorms" he said with a smile. Me, the porter and Danny walked over to the girls dorms.

" miss your dorm is number 208" he said handing me a key

" thank you "

" follow me sir" he said leaving my bags with me and inercating Danny to follow him

" text me!" He shouted as he walked off.





I was finally here! I walked into the dorm to see a girl setting up what looks like a chemical experiment.

" Hello?"

" hiya" she said cheerfully turning round " I'm Josie"

" Sienna"

"Like the colour Burnt Sienna?"

"Sadly"

" I personally like that colour,it reminds me of autumn."

" which bed is yours?" I said changing the subject

" That one" she pointed to the bottom bunk.

" I'll take this one " I said sitting on the single bed in the corner. " have you met our other roomie yet?"

" Nope she hasn't arrived"

"Oh, okay" I stood up and walked over to my bag. I chose a dresser and a closet and started putting my stuff away. I took out all of my wall decorations and started putting them up.

" YOU LIKE EXCLAMATION POINT," Josie screamed

" Yeah?" She stared at my wall of their posters and the pictures of me and Danny me and Paul and me, Paul, Priya and Danny.

" Your so lucky to have met them."

" We'll get used to seeing Danny"

"What? Why?"

" no reason"

" WAIT! I know you from somewhere" she walked up to me and stared at me for 5 minuets straight. " YOU'RE SIENNA AND YOUR THE OBE DATING DANNY!" She said finally having a mini panic attack.

" yeah" I smiled

" this is so cool, I'm friends with Danny Edge's girlfriend" she said sitting on her bed.

" hahaha, your funny" I said putting up the picture of me and Priya at our prom.

I pulled out my phone and I had a text from my Mum.

M: going to bed soon hunny, have you settled down in your dorm yet?

S: I've settled down with one of my roomies and still waiting for the other one

M: enjoy, night x

I went to Danny's texts and I had a message

D: helloooooooo

S: I'm roomed with a pointer, she screamed at me when she saw the picture of me and you

D: luck you =D

S: lucky you more like, come over

D: noooo please no

S: I've already told her you coming

D :/

I locked my phone. There was a knock on the door Josie ran and answered it. The last of the girl power team was wearing a Paul Zimmer shirt. Just my Luke to be roomed with two pointers.

" hey I'm Josie Edge"

" I'm Sienna Carmichel "

" I'm Lola McCoy, true pointer"

" we guessed by the t-shirt, I'm a pointer too" Josie said excitedly

" awesome! Danny?"

" yeah " I sat there feeling really awkward

" *cough* dating him *cough*" I said sarcastically. The both stared at me.

" YOUR SIENNA! DANNY'S GIRLFRIEND!"

" yeah" I smiled at them both and texted Danny

S: another pointer :/

D: oh chiz

S: Josie is married to you apparently

D: don't you remember the wedding?

S: oh yeah I was the brides maid

D: cya in 5

I locked my phone and looked up at Lola and Josie starting a me...

" hi"

" Danny's coming over?"

" yeah"

" I've gotta clean up' Josie said as she locked her self in the bathroom

After 10 minuets there was a knock on the door, I answered it and there stood Priya, Danny and Paul.

" what the fudge cakes are you two doing here?" I said hugging Paul and Priya

" we both transfered and got in" I screamed and hugged them again.

"Come in" they walked in and looked around. Paul and Danny looked out of the window Priya sat next to me. She opened her mouth to speak when suddenly Josie and Lola came into the room

"P-Paul z-Zimmer" Lola said then she fainted.

" omg is she okay" Paul asked worriedly

" don't worry she'll be okay"
