Baptism by blood is, "martyrdom in the case of a person who died for the Christian faith before he or she could receive the sacrament. The effects martyrdom of blood are the complete remission of sin and the title to immediate entrance into heaven."

Here is a true story from the Wall Street Journal, in my own words:
Christians were being executed by Isis. Twenty one people were killed. They were asked what their religion was. All were Egyptian Christians...except one of the twenty one people who were beheaded. He saw all the people executed before him, with their confidence in Jesus Christ. When it was his turn to be asked his religion, he said, "My God is their God." He then tried to say Jesus Christ, but people say he did not pronounce it right. But he saw the miracle of people dying for The Lord..and knew it was real.
If you are baptized by blood and die, you go into Heaven immediately no matter what.
