Sirius used to always be smiling.
Now his smiles are a rare gift.
Sirius used to always have something up his sleeve.
Now he hasn't pulled a prank in over twelve years.
Sirius used to joke around with his friends.
Now he doesn't have many friends left.
Sirius used to always cheer up others.
Now he doesn't have much 'cheer' left.
Sirius use to be a happy boy. His smile could brighten up a room. There was always a mischievous glint in his eyes. He tried horribly to be punk rock and joked constantly with his friends.
Now he's a sad man. Azkaban drained him of his happiness. His eyes are dull and boring. His smile is rarely seen, even to his lover. He doesn't care about his appearance and doesn't try anymore.
And Remus, Remus dearly missed the joyful teenager he was. He liked Sirius still, even though he lost his 'spunk'. But Sirius just isn't the same.
