Lucy and levy were currently strolling through the library looking for new books to read
"Hey levy have you found any good books yet?" Lucy asked
"Not yet Lucy... Hey wait a minute I found something " exclaimed Levy
"What is it?" Questioned Lucy
"It's a book about dragons slayers" Levy replied
"Oh cool lets read it!" Lucy said excitedly
They read the book, most of it were things they already knew about, until they came across an unfamiliar subject
"Hey Lucy check this out " Levy said pointy at the page
"Hmmm what's 'dragon slayer mating season'?" Questioned Lucy
"Don't know lets read it"
Dragon slayer mating season
Dragon slayer mating is when a dragon slayer or more hit the right age to mate most commonly 18 it starts around late spring
Dragon mating season and dragon slayer mating season are technically the same but are bit different too
For example even when a dragon knows who it's mate is the dragon will still go after other dragon's mate but for dragon slayers when they find there mate it will stay with them forever no matter the consequences
If a dragon slayer is younger than 18 the day before the season starts it will turn the dragon slayer and it's mate the same age as the other slayers
Meaning that they will not turn back to their original age and will instead keep growing older Starting at 18 and so on this will help the dragon slayer to complete the whole mating thing
To know who's the dragon slayers mate here are some clues to help you out:
1. Dragon slayers will act very different when they are around their mate
2. Dragon slayers will somehow always know where their mate is
3. If anyone try's to flirt or even touch the dragon slayer's mate just a bit the slayer will go nuts and might try to fight the person
4. If the mate is away the dragon slayer will start experiencing horrible pain in their heart
If a dragon slayer has already developed feelings for a certain someone then it's guarantee that the person will indeed be it's mate
Dragon slayer season tends to last a week or so and on the first through fourth day of the season the dragon slayer will be very aggressive so its best to keep the mate away from the dragon slayer but not for too long or else they will go on the full rampage and destroy everything until they find their mate and perform the mating ritual or in other words have sex.
If a dragon slayer were to get rejected it would die of depression but there has been no known case of it ever happening because once the dragon slayer chooses it's mate the mate will simply not be able to deny the slayer's request for love it will not matter if the mate never felt romantic feelings for the slayer. The dragon slayer will release a scent that will make the mate yearn for the slayer's affection or will make them do whatever the dragon slayer wants.
And that is the basic knowledge you'll need to learn about dragon slayer mating season but heed this warning be careful when you're around a dragon slayer for their affection tends to spread to those near the dragonslayer making the person want to confess to their love one and to have it with them.
"Woah!...That is uh...cool?" Levy slowly said
" Yeah I guess we should probably tell someone it's basically is late spring and we also have to warn the "mates" so we can keep them save." Lucy replied
" I'm pretty sure who Natsu's mate will be." Levy mischievously said
"Yeah me too." Lucy said
"Wait....you do?" Levy questioned she had thought that Lucy was way to dense to know
"Yeah it's Lisanna. " Lucy replied while feeling a bit hurt and jealous
"Lucy you got to be kidding!"
"What? " Lucy asked
"It's true that Lisanna liked Natsu as kids but she got over it and actually likes someone else" Levy explained
"Really?! Who's the lucky guy?" Lucy eagerly wanting to know and at the same time feeling relief for some reason
"You promise not to tell anyone?" Levy asks while raising an eyebrow still knowing that Lucy would somehow find a way to 'accidentally' spill the beans
"Promise come on just tell me maybe I can get a bit of teasing out of this" Lucy evilly replied
"Same as fuck anyways its ...drumroll!"Levy excitedly said
"BICKSLOW!" Levy exclaimed
"No way! Oh my god if they get together I will die of happiness they will totally make such a cute couple !" Lucy squealed
"Right! I ship it!"Levy exclaimed
"BIXANNA FOREVER!" Both Lucy and Levy screamed
"But... Wait then if it's not Lisanna then who would be Natsu's mate?" Lucy questioned
"You, obviously " levy said empathizing obviously
"Eh?!" Lucy exclaimed
"Well I'm mean you're Natsu's best friend including happy, but you too are super close, you both have had many adorable moments, plus I remember you telling me the number of times natsu saw you naked and also that one time when he groped your chest wait no the many times he groped you're breast!" Levy smirked
"W-what! When did I say that!" Lucy exclaimed
"Not telling you" Levy said
"Oh really ...ok then if that's how you want to play" Lucy smirked "Capricorn told me about the little mishap when you had to confess about your crush on Gajeel, in a game show he said that you yearned for Gajeel at night. My, My Levy having dirty thoughts at night aren't you a naughty girl " Lucy said with a smirk
"S-shut up Lucy and I thought that the celestial spirits weren't able to remember about their badass moments?" Levy said
"They can't but somehow someway Capricorn did remember, it's as if fate wanted me to know About your HUGE crush on Gajeel and I'm also 99.9% sure that your gonna be his mate aw it's gonna be like beauty and the beast except things are gonna get very dirty" Lucy teased "Oh and almost forgot what about that time you kissed Gajeel!"
" THAT WAS NOT A KISS IT WAS CPR!" Levy shrieked "Plus he need it to defeat the demon attacking us!"
"Sure ok, not a kiss" Lucy said
"W-whatever lets talk about the other possible mates" Levy said as a blush slowly made it's appearance
" Mmmmhmmm ok, I'm pretty sure I know who's gonna be the mates for the other dragon slayers" said Lucy
"Me too we should probably write them down to give to the others" Levy said
"Yep" Lucy said quite cheerfully
