Ladybug wacked his hand away from her and stepped away from him, her face showing fear.

He gave another sickening laugh as he unclipped his staff and rested it behind his neck.

"You truly are pathetic, did you really hope to find him here? Your partner, your friend?" He mocked. "Well it's too late...he's gone!"

"No he's not!" Ladybug insisted, though she felt like she was telling herself. "Chat Noir, yo-"

"Oh my god, did you suddenly turn colour blind, bug!? It's Blanc now! Noir was weak and a coward! Now I have the strength and power to destroy you!"

Before Ladybug could open her mouth to say anything, Chat lunged at her with his staff, almosting hitting her if she hadn't been so quick to move. He didn't give her a chance to recover and went for another attack, which she managed to avoid. He had many attempts to try and hit her, but he was always a split second too slow. But there was something about this battle that was different.

This definitely wasn't the first time Ladybug had to fight off Chat, but somehow, it was different. He was... stonger, more aggressive, he didn't hesitate on the idea of violence and he was the main villain, not someone else. There was no sorce that she could bring down to make him come back, she had to fight him to stop all this evil and, honestly, she was struggling to keep up the energy to fight him. It's like he suddenly got all this unlimited power...and he was going to abuse it, as much as he could.

Ladybug started to use use her yo-yo in attepmts to get more of an advantage on him, but using it was just as hard.

She threw it at him again, but instead of blocking it off with his staff, he caught it and used two hands to pull on the wire, making it fall out of her hands, and threw it across the room, leaving Ladybug, once again more vulnerable to him.

She got ready to defend herself as he ran at her and swung his staff at her and did it - what felt like - one hundred times more and Ladybug was still struggling to keep up with all of these attacks.

Chat used his staff to go behind her legs and trip her so she fell hard on her back.

Having good luck, she fell close to where her yo-yo had landed, she reached over to grab it, but pain shot up her arm as Chat stomped on her wrist in order to stop her from her target.

"Nice try little lady, but its not that easy" Chat threatened, as he put more pressure on her hand, digging the edge of his shoe into her skin.

"Agh! Ch-Chat, stop!" She begged, trying to free her hand from his weight.

"Aw, does that hurt?" he asked. His face went from fake sympathy to evil as he applied more pressure, causing her to yell again. He put on a demonic smirk, "Good. Cause if you think that hurts, then just wait until you see, what I have planned you" He imitated her threat, as if to show her how much pain she caused him, even though she didn't remember it.

Ladybug started to struggle for her life, but struggling only encouraged Chat to inflict more pain. He leaned down and blanced his arm up on his leg, so he could rest his chin in the palm of his hand.

He snickered a laugh before talking again.

"I still can't believe you were stupid enough to follow me here. I thought you were supposed to be the smart one." He finally released her arm, only to kick her hard enough so she was forced to side of the small room.

She couldn't find the strength to stand up so she just held her ribs were he had kicked her.

"Didn't it ever occur to you that I'm a powerful monster who cant be stopped?" He asked as walked towards her.

"C-Chat Noir....i-...is not, a monster-!" Ladybug said, without thinking, as loud as she possibly could, while still holding her ribs in pain.

"Uh yeah, but you see I'm Chat Blanc now, and you need to get that through that stubborn head of yours! It's Chat Blanc now and Noir is dead." He hissed as he approached her.

Ladybug hated to hear any of this, especially if it was from him. She put her hands on the floor next to her head and pushed herself up, while in the process kicking Chat down, and landing on her feet again. It hurt all her bruised marks, but she tried to not show it.

Chat recoved quickly and split his staff in half and threw both of them towards her.

She moved away in time to dodge the first one and picked up her yo-yo and used it as a sheild to protect herslef from the second one.

Both ends of the staff landed plastered in the walls and Ladybug continued to spin her weapon around.

"Chat Noir, you need to snap out of it-!" She warned.

"Or what!? What will you do!? You're no match for me bug! Your weak compared to me!"

She hated to even think it, but it was true. His new energy was too much. She couldn't do this alone.

He ran at her for another attack but she managed to loop her yo-yo around his legs so he tripped and fell on the ground with a loud thud. She rewired her yo-yo back up and started to run out of the room. But as she ran past Chat, he pulled down by her arm and tried to kick her again, but she quickly got up and dodged his following attacks, while throwing some of her own in.

She was exhausted and didnt know how much longer she could keep going, but Chat looked like he wasn't even breaking a sweat, if anything he looked like he was enjoying fighting her. As if watching her suffer was the best thing in the world.

Chat went to attack but didnt do anything but make her loose balance. He hurried over to the walls where his staffs where still sealed in and tried to pull them out.

Ladybug saw this as her chance and looked around the room for something to help her. She then noticed the old door she had kicked down when she first entered the room. She used her yo-yo to tie around the door and while Chat was just about to free the second end of his staff, she managed to use what strength she had and throw it over to Chat. It crushed him against the wall and as he slowly recovered from collision, she saw her chance and ran as fast as she could out of the room and building.

She ran and ran and ran and didn't stop. When she was on the block of her house she turned around to see if Chat was following her.

And he wasn't. She wanted to slow down to make sure. But she didn't, fear kept her from stopping, so she didn't.

She made it to her balcony and climbed down her trapdoor and onto her bed, her lungs on fire.

"Spots off" she said through heavy breathing.

She detransformed and collapsed on her bed, trying to catch her breath and more importantly, tried to wrap her head around what had happened.

And she had to figure out how to stop Chat Blanc.
