~Readers POV~
The day of the masquerade prom was upon us. I asked my favorite YouTuber, Johnnie Guilbert, to accompany me and he agreed to go. I had my friend request a song for us to enter with. It was to be a slow song so it felt like a ball. I of course, felt like a princess in my ball gown, rhinestone shoes, tiara, and beautiful mask.
As we danced into the room doing a fast paced walts I felt all eyes on us. Everyone wondering who was behind the masks, and if they would ever know. But, it would be soon found out. For when the song came to a close so did the miraculous dance between the two of us. As soon as the last note was over we slowly took off our masks and you could hear the crowd around us gasping. For they never saw me before. I was a second in a thousand years.
