"Hey Atsushi," his father called him, as he,magain, was sobbing uncontrollably. "Do you want to know a secret what dad does whenever he feels lonely?" The boy just nodded, letting his father continue, "Whenever I feel lonely, I look at the moon."
"Eh? But why?"
"It was rumored that when you stare at the moon, the stars, or anything up there in the sky, that someone will always be looking at it, and sometimes you can feel their gaze, so that's why you wouldn't feel lonely anymore." He softly smiled. Silenced engulfed them, until he spoke.
"Hey dad?"
"Yes, sweetheart?"
"Will you come back?" He sadly said as he faced his father, his eyes puffy and red.
"If I didn't, will you promise me one thing?"
"Sure, I will."
"Even though if i disappear, please continue loving the moon, the stars, and all of the galaxy. For me." He said as he hugged his only som, burying his face on her shoulder.
"I promise."
He smiled softly, "I'll be going then."
"See you next time, dad."
"Yeah, see you next time, dear."
