A village inside Nohr was being taken over by a pack of Ruffians, Leo was quick to tell Xander what needed to be done, saving the village from captivity from the Ruffians could benefit Nohr with supplies every now and then to help support them, usually there's only around 15-20 Ruffians since Nohr was like a meet up for them, to be truthful you loved killing Ruffians because it's what they deserve, you were marching towards the village "well we're close, I can smell smoke" you spoke and a few others nodded "I just hope we aren't too late" Corrin replied and you agreed "should we scout ahead to see how many there are?" You asked and Xander looked at you "5 minutes, Niles go with her" "gladly" Niles replied with a smile, you noticed that Leo done a slight eye roll but ignored it, you love him and will protect him but the way he tries to hide his feeling is very loveable! You smiled lightly to yourself as you walked ahead, talking with Niles but hid when you got close, you quickly counted how many Ruffians there were "22" you mumbled and wrote it down before handing it to Niles, he tied it around his bow and shot it towards the group, you waited for them to get close before walking on ahead "and there she goes" Niles mumbled as he watched you walk away then followed with the rest of the group, after a strategy was planned everyone engaged their targets, swiftly killing them, it didn't take long for all '22' Ruffians to be beaten, you sheathed your sword and walked towards the rest of the group as Xander asked for a small fee of crops to help feed Nohr, the villagers agreed to help before heading off to work "did you hear that?" Corrin asked, placing his hand on the hilt of his sword, you and a few others scanned the area "brother I think you're hearing things" Xander smiled as he started to ride away, everyone else following, you walked besides Leo and spoke with him on the journey "(f/n) when we get back I want to ask you something" he spoke with a hidden blush "okay" you smiled as you continued to walk, a few Ruffians ran in front of the group "you killed our group! Prepare to die!" "Told you I heard something!" You laughed at Corrin while getting your sword out "you!" A Ruffian yelled as he pointed his spear at you "you killed my brother! Prepare to die!" "My my, speaking to a lady with such venom in your voice" Camilla complained as she pouted, he ran at you and jabbed his spear forwards, you dodged it and swung your sword across his chest, you didn't think about how fast he was because the next thing you noticed was that his spear end was inside you but not too deep, you broke the spear and pulled the spear head out and dropped it, you continued to clear the Ruffians from your path till the others retreated, you placed your sword back in it holder and wiped your forehead "I broke sweat?" You thought as you weren't feeling tired, you noticed the group started walking so you followed them with your pace slowing down "strange.. I can usually keep up" your vision started to blur with each step, Leo and Corrin looked back at you "(f/n)?" Corrin spoke and you looked up only to fall flat on your face, your consciousness slipped away, the last things you heard and felt, your name being called and cold armour picking you up
Leo's POV;
I feared the worse when she fainted but didn't show it, I worried about it since she hasn't woke up yet, how many days has it been? 3? 4? Elise has been busy helping make a cure to the poison that was used to hurt my lovely (f/n).. If the Ruffian that poisoned her wasn't dead I would've loved to kill him myself but I should just focus on her.. She has to wake up soon..
Normal POV;
You woke up but felt too tired to move and your throat was too dry for you to speak, you lightly turned your head and saw a sleeping figure slouched on your bed, it was Leo.. You smiled lightly to yourself and lightly lifted your hand to stroke his hair, it was soft and felt really nice, he lifted his head and stared stared at you, you blushed and removed your hand "sorry Lord Leo" you spoke then touched your throat "it's fine, I'm glad that you're okay" he sat up and picked up a glass of fresh water and helped you sit up so you wouldn't choke "I'll admit, you scared me" you finished the glass of water "I did?" "I thought I lose you" "no matter what I will fight to stay alive to be with you.. Because I love you dearly" you smiled, blushing more than you already are as he blushed lightly "I'll protect you with my life.. (F/n), remember what I told you the day you fainted?" "That you wanted to speak with me when we got back" he nodded and held your hand "I was going to confess my undying love to you.. But you beat me to it" he smiled and you giggled "but will you do me the honours of spending the rest of our lives together? As husband and wife?" "I will" you smiled and he stared deeply into your eyes, leaning forward with you leaning towards him "LEO! BIG BROTHER IS LOOKING FOR YOU!" You both quickly pulled away and looked at Elise "(F/N)!!" Elise chirped happily "I'm glad you're awake! I missed you soooo much!" She giggled, Leo was mentally cursing at her for ruining the moment but he was happy that from this day forth.. You were his wife till the end of time
