Okay, so I know this was meant to be a Laslow x Reader but I literally couldn't help adding in a Xander ending!

A kingdom partnered with Nohr was going on a riot, why? Nohrian pirates kidnapped the princess of said Kingdom and it happened a few days after Prince Xander of Nohr and Princess (y/n) of (Kingdomly name) was met on mutual feelings of remaining friends and getting out of the arranged marriage set between the pair, the King and Queen of (Kingdomly name) agreed to the terms that if neither of them find a partner a few months after the war the marriage would be back on but King Garon was enraged by the news.. Before word even hit Nohr of the princess's disappearance King Garon ordered a "rescue party" Hans, Xander and his retainers..
Just as Xander, Laslow and Peri were getting ready to leave a Royal guard ran over and bowed to Xander, holding a letter "Lord Xander, a letter from (Kingdomly name)! T-The courier said they received it straight from the Queen! It must be dire" Xander accepted the letter and started to read it "this is.. Father just told me she was kidnapped" "but the letter came today!" Peri pointed out leaving Xander to piece it together "maybe King Garon planned it" Laslow mumbled and was expecting to get yelled at for bad mouthing the King but to his surprise Xander agreed "Hans tried to kill Corrin.. If we don't get there before he does he could slaughter the Pirates AND (f/n)" Xander mumbled as his face began to pale, passing Laslow the letter to keep ahold of he walked ahead with Peri to get the horses, Laslow stared at the now closed letter, a light blush dusting his cheek as he began to walk "I bet she's a cutie for Xander to get this heroic but I must say... I feel like quite the Prince Charming.."
The Pirates heard news of Xander coming for them from a 'trust worthy spy' but didn't know how or when, Peri's horse galloped ahead as she raised an axe "TIME FOR SOME KILLIES!" She yelled loud and dark, a small voice crack happening mid sentence as she smashed her axe into a pirates shoulder "Peri! No killing!" Laslow reminded her and she groaned "b-but!" "I'll allow it this time" Xander yelled as he cut down an enemy "m'lord you're rather fired up" Laslow chuckled as he ran towards an enemy and clashed swords with them, only a few minutes passed when they killed the Pirates, Xander sent Peri to get a few guards to help clean up while Laslow helped Xander find you, they searched nearby houses and boats, they found you inside a room on a boat full of gold and treasures, after being cut free you rubbed your tired arms before you got picked up bridal style "Laslow, take her back to the castle to rest, I'll report to Father" "yessir" Laslow smiled before walking towards the castle, you both exchanged names and engaged in a conversation before he asked if you wanted food, you told him you haven't ate in a few days "I'll wake you up when the food is ready" "okay, thank you Laslow" you smiled at him and he lightly picked your hand up and placed a kiss on it "you're quite beautiful, how about we go out for tea and cakes sometime?" "Like a date?" "Only if you want it to be m'lady" "a date it is" you let out a small giggle as you laid down and snuggled into the blankets
You woke up a few minutes later to see Laslow with a tray of food "Lord Xander wishes to speak with you after you eat" "okay" he placed the tray on your lap and sat on the bed, studying your face "I must say, out of all the nobles and royals that I have seen, your face is the most beautiful.. Angelic if it might" you giggled as you dipped a piece of bread into (favourite soup), after you finished you had a meeting with King Garon (I almost put Sauron, behold the mighty eye) and Xander "I will be cancelling the trades between (Kingdomly name) and Nohr, King Garon paid the Pirates handsomely to kidnap and hand me to a slaver" "Father!" You stood up as you destroyed the the trading form and left the room with Xander "(f/n) I'm assigning Laslow to your side till you safely return to (Kingdomly name)" "thank you Xander" you both exchanged a friendly huh before leaving, allowing Laslow to pack a few things and getting on a horse
After you returned to your kingdom Laslow and you had tea and cake before he left, you asked if you would be able to see him again since you've grown to love his company and he told you after the war he will return to your side as a husband, giving you a ring and you giving him your family ring and when they war did end, you both became husband a wife and a few years later a baby girl named Soleil joined the new family.. It was the best thing to ever happen to you and Laslow
Xander's Ending;
After removing your rope bindings Xander wrapped his arms around you, holding you close "I thought I could deny my feelings towards you but it just got you hurt.." He mumbled as you felt a cold armour run across a cut on your cheek, you closed you eyes and leaned into his hand "I love you Xander.. I'm sorry this happened" you mumbled as he quietly chuckled, placing a soft kiss on your forehead "I'm just relieved that you're okay (f/n).." "Xander.." "Yes?" "Do you want to get married? After the war?" "Of course, I love you and I thought love was something that I didn't need.. But my love for you has proved me wrong.. You proved me on" he smiled as he picked you up and walked to his horse, with Laslow and Peri following, wiping their tears..
After the war you and Xander did marry, the wedding was a big one with Nohrian, Hoshidan and (Kingdomly name) nobles and royalties.. Then a few years later you had a baby boy named Siegbert, you liked the name but scolded Xander form partly naming your son after a legendary sword..
