If you feel sick do's and dont's:
--------------------------

do's-
• try and stay in bed as much as you can
• eat eat eat! unless its a cold, my mom always say "feed a fever starve a cold"
• if you have a fever, sweat.. yes nasty i know but you are sweating the fever out! get bundled up and eat some hot soup
• drink hot tea, and lots of it
• have your medicine handy for when you get achy
• take care of yourself and stay lazy during your sick days
• SLEEP

dont's-
• go outside and do physical activities (walking is okay depending on how sick you are)
• drink coffee, energy drinks
• driving is a nono
• take too much medicine or the wrong medicine
• not sleep, sleep is key
