Dear Park Seung Ah,

I met you yesterday with the members and you were with Ga Eul noona and Miyeon noona. We all went to the Cha household for dinner because Ga Eul noona invited all of us.

Hoshi hyung was playing around with Ga Eul again, like the usual, and when Miyeon and Hoshi were talking, Jeonghan hyung would catch up with noona. Things seem to be resolved between the three of them, unlike back then when they were also part of a love triangle.

I wasn't sure if Jeonghan hyung still likes Ga Eul noona or not, or he probably still have those lingering feelings like I do, but he definitely was better than me.

Look at me. I'm that stupid boy that writes a letter to their crush, wondering when they'll become their ex-crush. Wondering when I'll ever move on.

Seokmin hyung was so close to finding all these letters I locked up in a small chest. I keep them in my closet, buried under a pile of thick clothing, but Seokmin thinks Hoshi hyung hid something of his in there, so he began searching through my closet.

He found the chest, actually, but if it weren't for me stopping him, he would have read all these letters meant for you. I really need to burn these letters. Soon. Soon after I'll write the last letter for you.

Anyway, back to where I was.

You and Joshua hyung looked so happy together and often, when you see me smile, it's forced. I'm not always smiling for real when you're with Joshua and you accidentally glance my way and make eye contact and we smile at each other.

I'll support you two. I'll always wish the two of you happiness. Because your happiness will always be my happiness, so I won't be this way forever.

So don't cry when you're with him, okay? Don't let Joshua hyung hurt you the same way I probably did to you, the same way you did to me. Don't ever stop being the Seung Ah I'll always loveㅡmaybe soon in the future, the Seung Ah I once loved. I'll tell Joshua hyung to take good care of you, secretly on my behalf and more on his.

I have no right to say these, but I'll do it anyway out of a friendly gesture.

Don't expose your skin too much. Don't smile sweetly at other guys other than your boyfriend. Don't fight with Joshua hyung often. Don't drink with other guys, now that you're of legal age. Don't ever, ever, ever leave Joshua hyung.

I know what being left behind by your loved one feels like and I don't want Joshua hyung to go through it. I've seen both Jeonghan hyung and Soonyoung hyung go through it, and it wasn't something very enjoyable. To see SEVENTEEN's gentleman heartbroken will be like seeing the world end. So, promise me, you'll never hurt him in any way. I'll also keep an eye to see if Joshua will hurt you.

I'm yet to keep my promise, Seung Ah. Will you wait for me to fulfill the promise I made with you, two years ago in that playground? I hope you will, even if you may forget about it.

I always loved you, Seung Ah. And I'm sorry I did.
