Nevaeh's POV
After Brody left last night I laid back down in my bed just thinking of what tomorrow will bring. I knew we were leaving sometime tomorrow but when I wasn't sure. My mind started to drift to what happens if his parents don't like me or the kids, would they outcast them and me because they'd think I was their mom? He said his whole family was going to be there, how many were in his family? Would I have to know every name before I meet them? What was he going to tell his family, like what were we? We weren't a couple but yet we don't have a normal student/teacher relationship. Hell I'm meeting his family and having Christmas with them! I really need to tell him the truth, I finally figured out why he has been holding back on me. He still thinks I'm 17 when I actually just turned 19 during the end of September. I also have to tell him about the kids and me actually being their sister. With that in mind I had finally drifted off to sleep.
***** Next Morning
I usually wake up to an alarm or the bouncing of my bed but I wasn't woken up either way, but to the soft firm lips pressing on mine and a masculine voice telling me I had to get up. I opened my eyes to see Brody standing to the side of me with Eli dressed in her school clothes and Jay in his. I looked back up then down again to see all three were holding hands, realizing that they were in their school clothes and I was still in bed made me severely confused.
As if reading the answer in my mind and seeing the confusion across my face, Brody spoke up, "I decided to let you sleep, I came through the window and turned off your alarm and I got the kids ready for school so you could catch a few more minutes of rest." 'He got my kids ready for school? Oh sweet, the thought makes me almost want to cry.'
"Thank you, what do you guys say to Brody kiddos?" I asked looking down. I smiled as they said their thank you's.
"Well get dressed we'll be down stairs gorgeous." He leaned down and kissed my forehead and left with my heart and soul along with my kids.
After he left I jumped up throwing on some tight dark blue jeans again and a brown and white sweatshirt. Leaving my dark brown hair down in the natural wave it has and adding some light mascara and eyeliner. Getting some warm brown fuzzy boots on and walking down stairs to see Ame laughing at something that was said and Jayden and Eli eating along with Brody. I smiled as I walked in, "What's so funny?" I looked around my eyes landing on Brody as he got up and grabbed my hand and kissed it. I was shocked at the publicity of this adorable act; I hadn't told Jay and Elizabeth that I had liked him. Hopefully they'll be okay with it.
"Oh nothing, don't worry about it." He said as he ran his thumb over my hand and pulled me towards the table and handing me a plate of eggs toast and bacon.
"Did you make this?" I questioned.
"Yepp, I do know how to cook ya know!" he stated as he winked at me. I looked at the time and hurriedly shoveled my face with the delicious food since I were running late.
"Well we'll see you at school, Ame and I are going to drop the kids off at their school." I got up picked Eli up and holding my hand out of Jay to grab, kissing Brody on the cheek and headed out to the truck with Amelia following behind me giggling like a mad man. When I got Elizabeth into her car seat and Jay into his booster seat Ame was buckled into the truck still giggling. "What is so funny Amelia?!" I snapped not getting what was funny this whole morning.
"Nothing, just it's cute to see you so love-struck. Does he know yet?" she asked the big question finally.
"No not yet but I'm going to tell him sometime today." I muttered quietly.
After we had dropped off Eli and Jay, we barely made it to class on time. Half way through four period my phone buzzed telling me I got a text msg.
