"Mom can we just go back?" I asked my mom, but she completely ignored me.

I snorted and rolled my eyes.

"Can you not?" my mom asked.

"Um, can you not drive me and leave me at dads place?" I asked.

I lived well I used to live in the edge of Pennsylvania and it was like a 5 hour trip to get to my dad's.

"Violet, we've been on the road for four hours, I can't go back now" she said.

"Mom, I told you to go back when we were on the road for 5 minutes and you didn't want to go back" I said.

"Mom, please. Don't leave me at my dad's" I begged.

"Why not? Your dad wants to see you and he has a right too" she said.

"Well he didn't have to move five hours away" I said.

"Not my problem" my mom said.

"Mom, you don't love me, right?" I asked.

"Violet, it's not that. I can get in serious trouble if I don't let you see your dad" she said.

Excuses.

"Well why can't you take Nash?! I can't stand him" I said.

"Violet, don't say that" she said.

"Mom, he's a pain in the ass. He hates me and I hate him more" I said.

"Violet don't say that! He's your brother. And watch your mouth" she said. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.

"Mom, can we just pull over and go back home, please?" I asked.

"Why is this conversation still going?" she asked.

"Maybe because you're still talking" I sassed. My moms eyes grew.

"Maybe this is why I want you to stay with your dad" she said.

"What is that suppose to mean?!" I said.

"Your dad will be hard with you. And I hope he'll put up with you and get you straight" she said.

"Then why didn't he get you straight?" I mummer.

"What did you say?" she asked.

"Just because he's a cop doesn't mean he'll put me straight" I said.

And she started talking none sense. I grabbed my earbuds and plugged it in into my iPhone, and blasted Pierce the Veil music.

When I opened my eyes I saw that we entered the town my dad lived.

I took out one earbud and rubbed my eyes.

"Just in time" my mom smiled and I faked smiled.

I watched all the houses in this town and then we arrived, assuming that we parked in the driveway. The house was three stories and was amazingly beautiful.

I saw that Nash and my dad were waiting for us, standing outside the porch. And that dad was talking to Nash, probably giving him lectures and telling him not to be a dick with me.

My mom got off and I sat there, still in the car.

My mom then banged on the car, telling me to get off.
