Once upon a time I was a young girl dreaming of my Prince Charming that I was so sure would come into my life. Now I had traded the notion of true love for a steady role in the hay. I've learned the hard way that once you ride the uncontrollable high of love what happens next bring you to your knees. Leaves you broken with an ache that never quite subsides. Who knows maybe I saw the whole thing through rose coloured glasses. Maybe we were never in love but drunk on the idea of it. It seemed however I was the only one suffering through the hangover. From all appearances Rick had simply moved on......
