Phoebe walked into school on Monday morning, to be created with a hug from Angelika.
"What took you so long to get here, Pheebs?"
"There's still half an hour still school starts dude." Phoebe was tired and nearly going to pass out. She was light headed and couldn't handle her friend at the moment.
"So? I've been here for 10 minutes waiting for you. Jake, Sam and Colby haven't shown up yet."
"Losers are probably sleeping in as usual." She decided to handle things how she usually does, rude humor.
"More than likely."
They walked around finding their new classes until the guys showed up texting them and asking where they were.

And suddenly Phoebe was on her ass and her phone screen broken 2 feet in front of her.
"Shit, I'm sorry Phoebe. I didn't see you." A man with a husky British accent pulled her off the ground, she didn't automatically recognize him, but she knew the man.
"It's, uh fine... Do I know you?" Her heart rate picked up.
First day back and you already look like an idiot, the little voice in her head spoke to her.
"Harry? Harry Styles? We've gone to school together since 6th grade."
"Oh, right." The memories of the awkward class projects and him standing by while his friends bullied the shit out of she and Jake, filled Phoebes brain.
"I'm so sorry about that. I can take you to get the screen fixed." Harry was a nice guy, but had terrible friend and never stood up to them.
"No it's fine. Thank you though." Phoebe was beyond embarrassed and wanted to get away from the area as quick as possible. She could feel other students eyes on the two.
"Are you sure?" Harrys emerald eyes stared into hers as if he was looking for something.
"I'm sure. I'll see you around maybe." She quickly walked past him not even waiting for a response.
---------
"What took you so long?" Jake stood from the ground, annoyed.
"I ran into someone and broke my phone screen." Phoebe cleaned the dirt off her phone.
"That explains the dirt on your butt."
Great, you look even dumber, Phoebe.
She whipped the dirt from herself and shoved her books from the first half of the day into her locker.
"So what do you want to eat?" Jake always takes care of food during school, for everyone in their groups of friends but the other 3 were already in trouble with the front office for an unknown reason.
"I'm not hungry." Phoebe lied as usual, in fact, her stomach yearns for food.
"You need to eat something, you're not doing this again." Jake found out about Phoebes starvation when went on vacation during summer one year and came back to a completely different Phoebe.
"Fine, what do you have?" She knew she would punish herself later for this.
"You can have my sandwich or my chips with an apple?" Jake new she didn't want to eat much, he didn't want to push her.
"Can I just eat the apple?"
"Either eat both or go on a date with me." Jake said this quickly, hoping she would catch the second part.
"What?" Unfortunately for him, Phoebe heard it, but acted like didn't.
"Nothing, here." He handed her the two items and ate his sandwich.
--------
"Movie night? Our place?" Colby asked them all as they walked walked to their 4 cars.
"Of course!" Angelika said with the most enthusiasm; the more time she spends with her boyfriend of 2.5 years, the happier she is.
"I don't have a choice since I live there." Sam laughed, a tad annoyed but always loved to spend time with his friends.
Jake and Phoebe both nodded. Phoebes parents won't even notice shes not home. They only notice her when she does something not to their standards; both a blessing and a curse.
"We'll see you all there."
