47: Back To School

Adam's POV

"C'mon kids!" I yell as we head out the door.

Lucy, Alex and Maggie run out the door and into the car. Maggie, our youngest who is 8 years old is the middle as Alex and Lucy are on the either side of her. Lucy is the oldest, she's 16 and Alex is 14. Today is the last week of summer for them and we are going back to school shopping. We went to all their orientations and got a list of what their teachers need for the school year. Lucy is going to be a junior, Alex is going to be freshman and Maggie is going to be in third grade

"Okay, Target here we go," I announce.

The kids buckle up as we do too, I back out as Tommy turns on the music. Moves Like Jagger plays as Maggie dances in her seat. She raises her arms in the air as she shakes her head, her red hair going with her. Lucy joins in with her sister as well as Alex. The car is filled with Adam Levine's voice and music as we drive to the store. I sang to the song as Alex and Lucy backs me up with vocals.

"And also coloring pencils," Maggie says as we walk into the Target.

"We'll get everything the list says, okay?" I ask, holding her hand.

She nods and smiles, "Got your list Lucy? Alex?" Tommy asks as he pushed the cart with our other daughter and son beside him.

"Yes, I do," She pulls put the white paper from her purse.

"I do, Dad," Alex pulls it out from his pocket.
