Waiting(NatsuXReader)

Y/n just walked in to Fairy Tail High, her older brother, Laxus, by her side, and her necklace shining in the light. They soon arrive at the principal's office Y/n opens the door without knocking to be greeted by her grandpa, "hey gramps," she says waving to the short old man. He looks up, "Y/n, Laxus, what are you doing here?" Before Y/n could answer Laxus answered for her, "this idiot left her schedule at home."

Y/n slowly turned her head to the side where Laxus was standing, "I'm the idiot?! Your the one who I told that I need to get my schedule and when I start going to my room to get it what do you do?! You pick me up and carry me to the car! While I'm trying to kick you my skirt goes up and I think about three boys saw my panties." Y/n said the last part with a smirk.

"You did what?!?!" Gramps scolded Laxus.

"Relax it was only Natsu, Gray, and Freed." Laxus said like it didn't matter.

"I don't want Natsu or Gray setting a finger on her!!!!"

"I don't even know who they are!!!" Y/n shouted breaking up the little fight,"gramps can I please have my schedule." With that Makarov handed Y/n her schedule and she left, Laxus not to far behind.

Soon Y/n heard two boys fighting so she went to check it out while she was walking towards the sound of the fighting Laxus grabbed the back of her shirt collar, "what are you doing?" Laxus asked his younger sister. Y/n thought Laxus would break the collar of her uniform if she told him so she lied, "checking out the school way I can find my classes." Laxus let go of her collar and signals a scarlet haired women over to where they were standing.

"Erza can you show my little sister where her classes are?" Laxus asked Erza emphasizing the word little.

"Ok, can I see your schedule....?" Erza paused realizing she didn't know Y/n's name.

"Y/n." Y/n finished and gave Erza her schedule.

Laxus left. Erza heard the two boys fighting too, "Y/n I'm sorry but I need to check this out." Erza said walking to the boys fighting, "Natsu, Gray stop fighting now." They didn't seem to notice and Erza didn't seem to notice thatY/n's eyes popped out at the boys names, Natsu and Gray.

"Hi I'm Y/n." Your soft voice causes them to stop fighting and turn their attention over to you, you then silently waved hoping they didn't recognize you from earlier this morning.

"Stay away from her!!!" Laxus yelled running down the hall way and picked you up, again reveling your panties to the boys around you but this time there was more of because Laxus drew a crowed.

"Laxus!!! Let your sister go!!!" Erza said trying to help you, then she whispered something in his ear that only you and him could hear, "every boy and girl in the school sees her panties right now." Your face was already red and Laxus put you down slowly.

"Hey Laxus come here," you said with a smile, once he came close enough you kicked him in the 'place' and he fell down. You bent down and said, "remember I can kick hard and if you ever do that again I'll tell Mira~ some embarrassing stories from your childhood."[1]

"That was awesome!!!" Natsu shouted, "you must kick really hard!!!"

"Thanks?" You turned around to Natsu's chest you back up seeing his necklace is the exact same one as yours.

"Nice necklace." He says picking up the flame charm in his hand, "it's like mine."

"I like yours too," you say picking up his charm,"who gave it to you?"

"Gramps he says,"

"That the flame can mean two different things one being, that your personality is so bright that you make everything around you happy, another one being, when you see a problem you always have a sparkling way to make things better, you have both, and one day you'll find someone with these traits the ones you have." Natsu and I said in unison and looked into each others eyes.

"Well that was weird..." You said backing up.

"Wait what's your schedule?" Natsu asked Erza gave it to him,"Wow you must be smart you have all sophomore classes."

"I do?"

"Yeah and I'm in all of them."

"So I'm not a freshmen I'm a sophomore?"

"Pretty much go ask gramps."

"Ok," you got out your phone,"Gramps Erza says that all my classes are sophomore classes am I that smart, am I a sophomore, or did you give me the wrong schedule?"

"Oh yes you are a sophomore just a year younger than everyone else remember that test you took in middle school it showed you were smart enough to skip freshmen year."

"Awesome! Bye," you hung up.

"Well I'm a sophomore."

*Ring Ring*

"That's the bell come on." Natsu took your hand and started running towards the classroom that held your first period.
