Having been introduced to Rascal not only in a sense of seeing him and knowing who he was, but also having met him in person, my ignorance of him was beginning to disappear. I learned quite a bit about him that first night. I watched him as he got fawned over by nearly all of the girls and pushed them away in a kind manner. But, even gaining that small bit of knowledge, I was just beginning to learn the small part of Rascal and hadn't yet gotten into the depths of who he was that I would eventually get into that no one else seemed to know about him at all.
So, I entered the next stage of enlightenment. In this part, I began to get to know him more. And though it took a while before we really got to the point where we'd see each other regularly to talk and get to know each other, it got there quicker than I would have imagined.
So, just as a sinner begins to learn about God by coming to church and/or reading his/her Bible, I began to get acquainted with Rascal by reading that book that was his life. We talked a bit as I began introducing him to God, to which he seemed rather receptive, and I began to get to know this interesting man.
