Lucys POV:

As I was running up to my room I can feel the maids staring at me. I was so embarrassed.

And if anything, it was Prince Gray who said anything to me.

I was crying. How can he just say that with no proof? Does he not trust me? Am I just his little doll to him?

I slammed the door shut when I got to my room.

I fell to my knees crying like a little baby. Why am I so pathetic?

Prince Gray was right. I am just a little daddy's girl.

But I don't want any of this! I didn't ask for it.

Maybe.. deep down I am a spoiled brat that wants everything and I just don't know it.

AHHHH I can't take this anymore!!! I need to get out of here! Im leaving. TONIGHT. Im done.

Everyone was asleep. I didn't pack anything. I just want to get the heck outta here.

I just put on a hood so no one would recognize me. Not even shoes.

Still in my PJ's, I silently open my door. It was raining really hard outside. Thundering too.

I don't care. The hall was dark. Kinda scary but, I can handle a little darkness.

I was walking downstairs, being careful not to trip or make any noise.

Before I knew it I was right in front of the door. Unprepared but excited.

I started getting emotional. Im gonna miss this place but im not. I don't know what to feel. Im confused. Im frustrated.

I started crying and quickly opened the door and ran for my pathetic life.

I didn't even close the door behind me.

I took one last glance at my huge garden while I was running and closed my eyes.

I hope to never see you again. Bye.

I was soaking wet. I don't care.

My face was full of tears. I don't care.

 My eyes were closed as I was running so I might trip. I don't care.

My clothes were wet too, and I was very uncomfortable. I DON'T CARE.

I have no care in the world right now.

I head towards the forest.

I was so far away from my home.

Im so happy. I started slowing down.

I open my eyes, probably blood shot red from all the crying.

As I turn my head and adjust my hood I hear something.

Foot steps of horses running.

I hear men yell "PRINCESS LUCYYY, WHERE ARE YOU!" Oh no.

I shouldn't have left the door open. Im so stupid.

I start running so fast I think im gonna trip.

I hear them getting closer and closer.

I run faster. THUMP! Suddenly im on the ground.

I tripped, as expected. I had cuts and bruises all over the place. And my PJ's were full of dirt and soaking wet.

But... I feel so alive. I stand straight up still kind of crying.
