Elizabeth felt so empty, she felt horrible because she knew that this was all her fault. It was her fault because her gut told her something wasn't right and her dreams were laced with the murders of all the Mikealson's. She felt so alone but she wasn't because Kol, Rebekah and Elijah kept calling her wanting to know how she was. In truth though, how was she going to face them knowing it was her fault, that the reason her brother is dead is because she failed to warn him.

"He wouldn't want you to mourn him like this" Elijah said as he watched the young girl stumble down the steps

"Well he doesn't exactly have a choice" the guilt was eating her up and alcohol was her only way out

"You do know what they did, right" Elijah couldn't understand exactly why she wouldn't stop crying

"They killed him" her head ached from all the tears

"No, they put a spell on him that makes him dead but it doesn't really kill him. It is the same spell that Abby Bennett used on Mikeal many years ago, so that means that he isn't dead' Elijah watched as the girls eye filled up with an emotion that he didn't recognize.

"We need to save him, free him" Elizabeth's hope died when she remembered that Damon and Stefan took his body

"We have a meeting with Elena and them later, so clean up and sober up" Elijah left into his study to prepare what he was going to say to Elena to get his brother back. He knew that what he was going to say was going to upset Elizabeth but it needed to be said, Elijah needed his brother in safe hands.

The car ride to the Gilbert house was short but filled with an awkward silence, Elijah had things he wanted to bring up but didn't want her to get upset. Elizabeth sat in the front seat but couldn't sit still, she was very excited to see Nik and tell him how she felt.

"Kol has been trying to reach you,he said that you kept ignoring his calls and also mentioned that if you failed to call him in the next 12 hours then he is coming down here. We don't need him coming back to Mystic Falls, so please call him" Elijah stopped at a gas station to gave her time to call Kol as he filled up the car with gas

Elizabeth sighed and took out her phone and noticed the millions of missed calls and texts she had from various of numbers, she found Kol's and clicked call. It was one ring later that his voice was heard yelling

"You bloody bitch, let me tell you something as your best friend it is my job to make sure you are alright. I can't do that if you become off the bloody grid, don't scare me like that"Kol shouted at Elizabeth but she knew how serious and how much he was just joking

"Remember Emily" Eliza felt like she failed once again

"The hot blonde one that was at your funeral?" Kol remembered that day

"Yeah, well I got some news a while back about her and I need your opinion here. Emily was killed when I was attacked and since then I kinda pulled a Sleeping Beauty so I couldn't do anything with her body. I want to know if you think I should bury her back in Florida or if I should just bury her here" Kol listened to what she was saying and really thought about it

"After all the events that has been happening I think that it would be a good idea for you to go take a little vacation. So I think that you should bury her back in Florida, it would be a very respectful thing to do for her soul" Kol wanted her to be safe and away from all this madness

"Good idea, so I guess after we get your brother back I will bury Emily in Florida and then I will come see you. It weird but I miss seeing your ugly face and hearing your sarcastic comments" Elizabeth saw the weird look Elijah gave her
