"ASHTON!" I ran towards him and jumped into his open arms.

I wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged him tightly.

"Oh, how much I've missed you," I whispered.

"I missed you s-so much," Ash said in my ear.

I leaned back and kissed him.

"I love you," I said.

"I love you, too."

Ash drove me back to my house so that I could see my parents before they all had to go to work.

"Mom! Dad!" I yelled, opening the front door to the house.

"Addison!" They both yelled.

They both squished me in a tight hug and left kisses all over my face.

"We missed you so much," Mom muttered.

"I missed you guys, too," I said.

Dad handed Sadie to me.

"Sadie Mae," I cooed at her.

I gave her a bunch of playful kisses all over her face making her giggle.

"I know you just got here and all but we can't be late in dropping her off at Daycare," Mom said, taking her from me.

"Its fine, I promise," I said.

"We'll spend some time together tonight," Mom said, kissing my cheek before leaving through the open front door.

"Yes," Dad said doing the same. "Tonight."

And with that, they were all gone.

"So," Ash spoke up. "How was it?"

I groaned on the way up the stairs.

"So much physical activity and getting us stronger," I said. "A couple times, I almost quit but then I thought of Levi and how he never quit so it made me go longer."

"That's good," He said, sitting down on my bed.

I shrugged.

"It did help," I said. "Didn't make anything easier."

Ash didn't say anything.

"I do have good news," I said, turning to him with a smile.

"What?" He asked, smiling back at me.

"I've decided that the military just isn't for me," I said.

Ashton's eyes widened and then he slowly started to smile.

"Are you serious?" He asked.

I nodded and leaned over him, placing my hands on his shoulders. I pushed him back a little, looking into those hazel eyes that I missed so much.

"100% serious," I confirmed.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me on top of him before spinning us around and he was hovering over me. His smile was wide and his eyes were bright and happy.

"I'm very glad you made that decision," He whispered. "I don't know if I could go years without being able to see you beautiful face."

I felt my cheeks turn pink by his words.

"Or kissing your lips."

He placed a kiss on my lips before traveling to my jaw. Kissing along it until he got to the soft spot under my ear.
