Yuki's POV

As we reached the gates, I could feel a smile form on my face. It has been seven years since I last saw this village, my home. Sure the compound would be empty now, but it's still my home. "I really missed this place," I said softly. "Well I can imagine, you've been gone for what, seven years," Naruto said with a grin as bright as the sun. I know about him being a jinchuuriki of the 9 tails. I wonder how his smile is so bright, when I can see sadness in his eyes. I smile at him and say, "Yeah, it's been about seven and a half years. I was only a child when I was exiled." "Why would they exile a child though," Naruto asked his voice laced with curiosity. "Well, I'm sure you've heard about how strong Itachi is right? Well I've always been twice as strong as him." I responded. Sasuke looked at me with awe. Kakashi's eye widened. Sakura gasped and Naruto looked at me with admiration. At that point we reached the Hokage tower. I stood behind everyone slightly as they explained the situation to them. After them, I told him my story and how Itachi was innocent. "Alright, I shall clear Itachi Uchiha's name, and Yuki, you are officially a member of team seven. Make friends. You've had a rough life." Lord Third said. I nodded and thanked him before we left. "Hey Sakura-chan, wanna go to Ichiraku Ramen with me." Naruto said. After he was rejected, I offered to go with him. As we were walking I could feel the glare of the villagers. "They should be treating you like a hero, not glaring at you." I said through gritted teeth. I let out some of my KI and directed it at the ones glaring at Naruto. "Huh?" Naruto asked. "Don't bother playing stupid. I can see the sadness in your eyes, and I know about the 9 tails. It pisses me off how they are treating you. You saved the village. Don't let the villagers get to you. They are just to dumb to be able to tell the difference between a kunai and the scroll it's sealed in." I said. He looked at me with a look of pure happiness. "Thank you, Yuki-chan." He said as we entered the Ramen shop. He payed for my food, even after I told him not to, and as we were leaving, a man who looked to be in his early twenties walked up to us. He had tanned skin, long brown hair tied up in a ponytail. Dark eyes,
and a scar across his nose. He had on a chunnin vest. "Hello Naruto, who is this?" He asked. "Hello Iruka-sensei. This Yuki Uchiha. We just got back from a C-rank mission to escort her back home. She was exiled for something she didn't do. She was assigned to be on team 7 from now on." Naruto said energetically. The man, now dubbed Iruka, smiled and turned to me. "Well hello Yuki. I'm Iruka." He said as he outstretched his hand hand for me to shake. I took it and said, "Hello Iruka." "I'm sorry if this is a sore subject, but, I thought Sasuke was the last of the Uchiha clan." He said nervously. I smiled and told him, "I was exiled before the massacre, and nobody really knew about my existence." He nodded in understanding before leaving to correct academy papers. After that I made my way towards the Uchiha compound. It looks so empty with everyone. Oh well. I walked into my old house, to find Sasuke cleaning it. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Well I figured you'd come here, but, your gonna stay in the main house with me. I was cleaning because the dust was bothering me." He said. "Oh. Okay. I guess it would be nice to be living with someone again." I said. "I already set up a guest room. I also cleaned Itachi's room for when he comes back." Sasuke replied. I nodded and we headed back to the main Uchiha house, where Sasuke showed me where I will be staying. It was next to Itachi's room, and across from Sasuke's. "Get some rest. Tomorrow Lord Third is announcing your arrival, and Itachi's innocence. Also your gonna meet the rest of the Konoha rookies." Sasuke said before leaving the room.
