The New Girl

Surprise

"Tell us!" Leo exclaimed.

"No." Jae answered.

Everyone was in the car and Auntie Chan was driving.

After breakfast Jae said he had a surprise, but he hasn't told them what is yet, and Leo was getting impatient.

"Please." Leo pleaded.

"No. You'll see in a bit." Jae said.

Leo shot him a glare and Jae stuck his tongue out. Despite how he acts Jae is actually quite childish.

"I hate you." Leo spat.

"Ditto."

The others laughed at the scene in front of them. They found Leo and Jae's banter quite entertaining but sometimes Leo took it a bit to far.

"Ok I'm stopping this before it gets out of hand." Angel said.

"But-"

"No, just calm down." Angel took Leo's hand and rubbed her thumb back and fourth on the top of his hand.

Leo blushed and looked at her confused. The gesture surprised him, Angel was never gentle. Most of the time she would just hit him.

"We're here." Jae announced snapping Leo out of his train of thought.

Auntie Chan parked the car and they all filed out.

"A beach?" Cole asked.

"Yep."

"Oh god it's cold." Leo complained.

"Quite your wining and enjoy this. It's beautiful out." Ryan said.

She then took off down the beach and the rest followed.

They all kicked off their shoes and rolled up there pants before running to the water.

"Aha! It's freezing!" Angel screeched.

She ran out of the water and Leo did the same. Ryan, Cole, and Jae didn't mind though. They just kept splashing and running around.

"You guys are crazy!" Leo called out.

They all laughed and began to splash eachother. Ryan kicked the water and it splashed up into Jae's face.

He glared then began to chase her.

"Cole, help me!" He ordered.

Cole jumped in front of Ryan stopping her in her tracks. Jae then came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.

He picked her up and she began to flail around.

"Let me down! Jae!" She ordered but he didn't listen, instead he threw her into the water.

"Aha! It's cold!" She exclaimed.

They all laughed and she glared at them.

After he calmed down Jae walked over to Ryan and held out his hand.

"Here."

Ryan smirked and grabbed his hand pulling him down into the water along side her.

"Why you little-"

Jae glared at Ryan and she laughed at how foolish he looked.

"Hey guys! Let's go! It's cold!" Leo called out.

Ryan sighed and got up and helped Jae up as well.

"Ok, okay. We're coming!"

Once they all piled back into the car Auntie Chan drove off back to the house. They would've stayed longer but due to Leo and Angels constant complaining, that wasn't happening.

After they reached the house Auntie Chan went straight to the kitchen and Jae and Ryan went upstairs to change into some dry clothes.

Once dinner was ready everyone stuffed there faces till they felt nauseous, then headed to their separate rooms and sent to sleep.
