A continuation from my first drawing book.
As usual, it contains art that is both pencilled and digital.
And, please, anyone who thinks I've been stealing art from Google, look again, cause all these artpieces belong to me, unless I say differently...
I don't know what made me draw this, but it turned out to be much better than I expected it to be. Looking at the drawing made me feel this :
The girl embraces all the ferocity and savagery of the tiger, and is not afraid of it, to the point that she dares to kiss it. The tiger, on the other hand, looks a bit shocked that a human is unafraid of it, and readily allows the girl to give it a kiss. It even looks on in curiousity, belying a gentler nature of the ferocious tiger.
I guess the message I want to convey with this piece is to see beyond the exterior of a person and look deep down into his/her heart. Don't judge by the cover, because you'd never know if the person is just a nice guy under the skin of a tiger.
Also, in another way, it shows that we should all appreciate Mother Nature ^^ I drew the girl, keeping in mind of a tribal design, so I gave her a leafy crown thing and swirly tattoos.
