Kill Me With Love (Karma Akabane)

After the midterm exam.. comes their class trip.

"Karma-kun, want to join our group?" Nagisa asked Karma.

"Okay" Karma agreed.

"W-Wait, Nagisa!! What'll we do if he gets into a fight or
   something?" Sugino worried.

"Ah, there's nothing to worry about. I make sure there will be
   no witness" Karma said with a devilish smile.

"(Well, we ARE friends so it'll be wrong to leave him out, Sugino)"
Nagisa thoughts, he showed a hopeless smile.

"I already asked Kanzaki-san along time ago! She's joining our group!"
Sugino said with a bright smile.

"Let's have fun together" Kanzaki says in a sweet tone of voice.

"Then? One more for our group right?" Karma says.

"Oh, I invited Okuda-san!" Kayano says while pushing Okuda towards
their group.

While everyone else was excited, Karma noticed Achlys, who was sitting
at the back, resting her chin on her palm, staring out the window, as if
she was out of their world, lost in a daze.. having deep thoughts..

"Achlys-san.. was it? Is it okay to call you that instead of Ouma-san?
   Just as I thought, 'Achlys' sounds more pleasing to the ears" Maehara
suddenly walked up to her and spoke to Achlys with his usual energetic self.

"I don't mind." Achlys looked at Maehara but immediately looked back outside
the window after saying those words. "Maehara-kun, right?"

"Ah you know! Yes definitely right. So how about joining our group?
   I think it'll be good to have you on board you're very skilled compared
   to us" Maehara said.

"Not interested, sorry." Achlys sounded cold and distant. But it was only because
she was feeling down because Karma is already in another group.

"I-I see. Well then" Maehara forced to smile and walked away.

"Joined any group yet?" Karma stood out in front of her, the instant Maehara
left her alone. His hands were in his pockets and he asked with a smile.

"I haven't." Achlys seemed to be paying more attention now that Karma is in front
of her.

"Okay." Karma spoke. "Nagisa-kun, Nagisa-kun, is it okay to have her in our group?
  She hasn't joined any group yet" Karma called out to Nagisa and asked him out loud,
as if declaring to the rest of the class that he is the one who can invite her.

"Uh sure!" Nagisa nodded. "No problem" Nagisa sweated.
"(But seriously, Karma-kun and Ouma-san..? Talk about BAD combination.
    They both seem to be prone to fights.. now I'm getting Sugino's point)"
Nagisa cries internally.

"You're only supposed to be a group of six" Karasuma stepped in and overheard them,
thus, he decided to remind them.

"Eh?! No way!" Kayano felt down. "It'd be fun to get to know her!"

"I can leave and join another group" Kanzaki said with a shy smile.

"If that's the case then I won't go. I'd rather stay behind than not be with Karma.."
Achlys looked straight into Karasuma's eyes.

"What's the harm of being seven? Come on Karasuma-sensei." Karma speaks.

"I'll be honest with you, it's quite selfish of you Ouma to force your way
   and to not go if it's not followed. Selfish because your classmates needs
   you to help them. I talked about this with you, didn't I? This is an assassination
   classroom. Being a student here means you must help with the assassination."
Karasuma spoke to her with honesty in hopes of giving her a lesson.

"I can kill that monster by myself" Achlys looked a bit pissed.

"But you'll have it your way. Just like Akabane said. There is no harm."
Karasuma sighed and relaxed his stiff shoulders. "I hope you cooperate with
  them in this trip to execute a successful assassination." Karasuma said
before turning his back to leave the room.

"Thank you, sensei" Achlys smiled brightly.

"Well look at her, she sure looks happy! Glad to be with you, Ouma-san!"
Kayano runs up to her and says in a cheerful voice.

Achlys looks at Karma who only smiles at her.

And later on.. while planning for their trip...

The rest of the class decides which places they will visit.

Achlys was sitting next to Karma and she was stuck staring blankly
on the table. Karma felt annoyed about that and he wanted her to
talk more so he spoke to her. "Where do you want to go?" his
voice sounds more sweet when he talks softly.

"I don't know" Achlys looked at him. "I really don't care.
   I'll go wherever you will go, Karma" she said in the same
tone of voice as his.

"Well then, just follow me wherever I go." Karma smiles at her,
but his smile now seemed different from his usual cheerful smile,
that smile seemed sweeter. "I'll lead the way for you."

Everyone was loud enough to hear their sweet little conversation.
Only the two of them heard those words that came out from his mouth.

"(You don't have to tell me..
    even if you went to hell,
   I will follow you.)"
