Cloudy skies fill my mind
And remind me of the raging storm inside
Blocks out everyone and everything
I'm too afraid to shine
Too afraid someone will put it out again
The clouds keep rolling in dark and heavy
Ever since the only person in my life that I trusted with anything and everything
Left me to go to heaven
Since that, life has never been the same
Even two years later darker clouds keep rolling in
Making me to afraid to get up and fly
Too afrad to trust again
Afraid they will leave in the blink of an eye
The clouds keep rolling in dark and heavy
Making me too afraid to reach out and try
Too afraid that if i do
They will leave me too
And I will be alone in my stormy world
