-Hey! Quick little thing before you go on reading the oneshot. Swear words will have one letter removed from them, like 'fck' and 'sht', because I don't want to go to that extent. The part will be rated mature though, because there will be sexual innuendos, crude language, violent content (some of these are not in the one shot) and so on. Without further ado, enjoy this oneshot fanfiction of a soon-to-be show.

"So you're saying it's not called coffee because you cough after drinking it?" Emilia asked. "No! You probably cough because you don't like it. And coffee is named after cocoa, or chocolate, it's basically bitter chocolate!" Albus replied, agitated.
The lights flickered overhead. The place was so dusty you'd leave footprints on the ground. The warm and eerie atmosphere definitely sets the mood for some horror movie. "Where is this place again? You said it wasn't that far." she asked, turning around a corner. "I said it isn't that far if it wasn't such a fcking maze in here." the young scientist replied. "Yeah. I'm terrible at mazes, but it's more of a complex than a maze, because instead of many paths to choose from that branch off in different directions, it's like a huge square, with multiple doors that lead off to either the left, right, front or back." Emilia said.
"So...you mean a maze?" "What exactly is the place for anyway?" the girl chimed. "Hey, did you just switch the topic?" Albus asked.
"Hm. Well, let's recap. We woke up together in a dark, empty room, and we found out that the others are trapped in here too, and must get to the center to escape." he added, deciding to answer her. "Don't forget, you said you knew this place." she stated. "Uh...yeah, I'm not so confident about that anymore. For a second there, I thought this might be my old lab, because it looked so fcked up. But turns out, this place was worse than my room after I invite a girl into my place. Pretty rough night, but it was enjoyable." he said. Emilia's face reddened. "W-What do you mean?" she asked. "Well, long story short, she wanted to murder me, and she specifically said, quote unquote, 'I'll rape the rest of your virginity off of your perverted face, you unspeakable runt'." he explained. Emilia's expression returned to normal. "Whoa-ho! You weren't thinking of...you know what..." Albus said, winking. "Shut up!" she retorted.
"You don't even know where we're going. Here, let me take the lead." he said, walking faster, eventually in front of her. Suddenly, as he opened another door, he crashed into someone, surprising the hell out of him. "WEY, PUKI MAK HANG?!?" Albus yelled. "Diana?" Emilia asked. "Oh. It's just you." Albus said, embarrassed. "Emilia! I never thought I'd find you first!" she said, getting up. "Hey, I'm here too, you know." Albus said.
"Ugh. That creep is here too?" Diana asked. "Hey, I'm not a creep. If you want creep, go find Cedric. I have reason to believe he is a pervert." Albus replied. "He's a million times better than you." she stated.
"Why is that? I have invented many useful inventions!"
"He is the ruler of he safest place in the world!"
"He doesn't know bat-sht about Science!"
"He graduated high school!"
"I graduated university!"
"You never went to school!"
"That's right! I graduated university without going to school! Can he do that?"
"Alright, that's enough!" Emilia said sternly, stepping between the both of them. "Look, arguing is pointless. We should focus on finding our friends and getting out of here." Emilia said. "Diana, do you have any idea where the others may be?" she added. "Well, I found some signs pointing in directions to rooms like a cafeteria and a pharmacy." she said.
"Have you gone to find those rooms?" Albus asked. "Yes, but no matter how long I search or follow the signs, they seem to loop me back around to where I started." she said. "So the existence of those rooms isn't even confirmed, huh?" he said softly, scratching his head.
"Come to think of it...how big is this place?" she asked. "Probably big." Emilia said. "Why do you say that?"
"Because we've walked for quite some time, and never came back to the same place." she replied.
"How do you know if you're not looping around the same place?" Diana asked. "Easy, because the places don't look similar at all. It's a new area every time we turn the corner."
"New area every corner..." Diana thought. "How do you know you looped around?" Emilia asked. "I made a mark where I started, and in order to make a full loop back, you'd either go right or left for four corners." she said.
"But the problem was, I made a left turn, a right turn, another right turn, and another left turn. Logically, I would have ended up forward instead of back, but I ended up where I was in the first place." Diana said.
"That's impossible! So you're saying we could've been going round and round this entire time?" Emilia asked, shocked and confused at the same time.
"I have a theory." Albus spoke for the first time in a while. He pointed to the corners of the room. "Notice the corners of every room? They're not 90 degrees. In fact, they're curved."
Both of the girls widened their eyes. "I never noticed that..." they said in unison.
"If you look closely, this room is a circle. That means, we were walking through rooms that were in a circular shape." Albus said. He opened a door, and crouched. "Here. See this line?" he said, pointing towards a curved line outside the door. "Judging from this line alone, I can assume it goes all the way around this area.In every area." he guessed, closing the door and standing back up.
"What are you trying to say?" Diana asked. "I can't be sure if I don't witness it. But how do I?" he said.
He stood very still, and closed his eyes.
A moment passed.
"Now." he suddenly said, opening his eyes. He reached for the door, but it was locked. "What the?" Albus said.
They tried opening all of the doors, but they were locked. "Not this again! The doors lock at random times, then unlocks a few seconds later." Emilia groaned.
Albus opened the door the moment it unlocked. "I was right. Look down the corridor." he said, pointing to a room with dim light. "What corridor?" Emilia asked. "Exactly. This was the same door we walked through just now. We were walking down a corridor, remember? Now it's a room. It not a corridor anymore, so it's different, but Emilia and I have passed through a room like this before, therefore, it's not different." he said. Emilia's mind was spinning from all the confusion.
"Rotating rooms." Diana said, snapping into a conclusion. "Precisely."
"Wait, what?"
"You see, the only areas we've walked through were either a dimly lit room, a corridor with blinking lights, an empty hallway with signs and workshops. Nothing else. We obviously went through more than four areas, but we kept cycling through those four areas. My theory is that since all the areas rotate, we have a high chance of going back to the start." Albus explained. "Hold on, so even if the areas were rotating, wouldn't the rotating mechanism be randomised?" Emilia asked. "Good question. I suspect a triggering mechanism. Every time something enters an area, it triggers the rotating mechanism. To avoid people walking out during a rotation, possibly to make them not find out about it, the doors lock. When the area is done rotating, it unlocks the doors, allowing the people to enter the next area, and so forth." Albus said.
"So how do we get to the center, then?" Diana asked. "I'm afraid I have no clue. We should find the others and have a brainstorm together, that way, we can solve this mystery easier." he said. "Also, since the rotating area thing is randomised, as with the locations of our friends, there's a 50/50 chance of them entering our area right now. In that case, that son of a gun can walk through that door right now." Albus added.
Suddenly, the door on the other end of the room burst open, revealing....
"Irony." Emilia said, gently nudging him with an elbow.
"Hello!" Cedric said.
"Hey..." Albus said.
"So what are we doing here? Found a way to the center yet?" he asked.
"No, but we found out that the rooms rotate." Diana replied.
"You just found out? I found that out a short while after I regained consciousness."
"Sure you did. Go on, laugh and gloat." Albus said. "What? No, I think I found a way to the center."

Oh my god, I'm so sorry guys! I can't figure out a way for them to escape. I probably need more time, but I guess I'm too lazy. That's terrible for a writer, but I guess you could call it a preview. Let me know what you think in the comments, and I'll see you guys soon, and not after some long hiatus.

COOL-SAUCE!!!!
