Chapter 1- You Saved Me

Maya's POV:
Here I was taking a long tiring walk, it wouldn't be that bad if I weren't oh I don't know A THIRD WHEEL!

It's so boring being the third wheel, who am I third wheeling? That my friends would be Riley and Lucas

They are like my best friends along with Farkle but frankly their cuteness is just revolting at times

Like when you go out to eat, or drink, or bowl, and especially when you take long walks

I was walking behind them because the stupid sidewalk can only handle 2 people at a time

But frankly I don't want to have to listen to the couple having their lovey dovey conversations

Just then I felt a slap on my butt

I gasp and turn around

Whoever did that will pay

I turn to see a man probably early 20s standing behind me smirking

"Excuse me who do you think you are...?!?" I yell

He scopes me out and says "your dream man......"

Damn I walked right into that

He stalks up to me and I back up

I turn to see that Riley nor Lucas noticed I wasn't following

"GU-" I try to yell but he places his hands over my mouth

I kneed him where the sun don't shine and he let go

"Leave me alone!" I try to scream but he clamps his hands over my mouth once again

"Do you have a boyfriend sweetheart?" He asks his breath reeking of alcohol

I look behind him and see an alcohol store

Just great

Just then we heard a voice say "Actually she does"

We turn to see Farkle standing there with his arms held up with fists

The guy backs up and says "I don't believe you.........."

Farkle walks over to my side and grabs my waist

My heart fluttered at the touch but I didn't show any signs of anything

"She is my girlfriend" he says and pulls me even closer to him protectively

He looks at my face and replies "prove it......"

"Oh come-" was what I could finish right before Farkle leaned in and kissed me

I felt electricity igniting inside my body, spreading like a wild fire

But all too soon it ended and Farkle leaned away

"Just did" Farkle said looking back at the guy

The guy raised his arms in the air in defeat and walked off

What just happened?

Did he seriously just KISS ME?!?

And did I ENJOY it?!

I turn my attention to Farkle who was staring at me with concern filling his eyes

"Maya are you ok?"

I stayed silent

No I am not ok......I could have taken him myself........

Now Farkle knows that this happens, how am I supposed to live if he has to follow me to prevent this from happening..........?
