Rooftop

FARKLE'S POV:

We were currently at Riley's apartment and everything was going fine, well that's what I thought until everything went down hill

I climbed up the stairs of the apartment complex all the way to the rooftop

I looked out to see a blonde girl leaning on the railing

Her golden locks were pushed behind her by a gentle breeze, and her skin looked flawless under the moonlight

"You ok?" I ask from behind her

She stays quiet for moment but mumbles "peachy......"

I nodded not believing her "come on Maya tell me......"

She huffs and looks towards me "look I don't want to talk about it ok.....?"

I nod and say "well I'll stand here with you then......."

She rolls her eyes

A few minutes of silence ticks by

"She was mocking me Farkle......" She said breaking the silence

"What happen?" I ask curiously

"Nothing you need to know" she snapped

I backed away defensively

"Sorry I guess I'm still worked up about it......" She mumbles looking over at me

I give a small smile

"She was mocking me, about how I haven't had my first kiss yet, I know she didn't mean to, it was never her intention but as soon as she yelled at me I just couldn't take it........."

I nodded solemnly

That didn't sound like Riley.....but then again she hasn't been the same since she began dating Lucas

Lucas was basically her top priority these days and it gets annoying

Another silence until what she said hit me

"You've never kissed anyone???" I ask out of nowhere

She rolls her eyes and said "yeah yeah laugh it up I'm in the 12th grade and never kissed anyone........"

I looked into her eyes seriously and said "it's not funny......"

She looked up at me and said "you're not gonna laugh at me?"

I shook my head no "I've never kissed anyone either........."

She made a 'o' shape with her mouth

I looked at her full pink lips and couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like against mine

What kind of kisser is she??

We were both gazing into each other's eyes and that's when I had the courage to say something I never thought I would say

"Can you be my first?"

She looked at me surprised

"Me??" She asked

I nodded

She gave a small smile and said "but I don't want to rob you of your first kiss....."

I smiled and said "it's not robbing if I want you to do it......"

She stared intently into my eyes and grabbed my collar abruptly and pulled me down to her height

"If you say a word I will make sure you never talk again......."

"Fiesty......." I replied smirking

She rolled her eyes and crashed her lips into mine

It was like sparklers were launched inside my body

Energy flowing through me, racing excitement through my heart

Once we separated we both said one thing

"Woah........"

"Not a word" she adds and with that she walks off

But before leaving she says "and Farkle...."

"Hm?"

"Thanks for being my first.....maybe we can have more another time......"

And with that she left leaving me with my jaw to the floor

Maya hart would like to kiss me again.......
