FARKLE'S POV:

Scribble. Nope no good

Scribble. Not good enough

Scribble-ARRRGH

NOTHING IS WORKING

I huff tiredly and look over to my left to see Maya playing on her phone

She was supposed to be helping me.....with the science project that was given to us by our 12th grade science teacher but to be honest i didn't mind because that means I don't have to explain everything to her.......

No offense of course

I sigh and look at my work

What am I missing???

It was driving me insane

Maya paused and looks up at me "you good?" She asks

"I just can't find a way to connect the electricity through the wire......"

She looks at the circuit board and says "Instead of connecting it through the wire why don't you just connect it to a conductor which then causes the electricity to actually move......" While playing her game

My eyes widen at the realization

"YOU'RE A GENIUS MAYA!!" I yell and jump around excitedly

I didn't know what happened but I had grabbed Maya's shoulders and had pulled her in for a kiss

I felt a spark race inside of me

that's when what I did hit me

Uh oh......

I see Maya's wide eyes and she pushes me away

"FARKLE?!?" She screeches looking at me

I panicked "I'm sorry Maya! I didn't mean to I got carried away!!"

She gave me a glare "you knew exactly what you were doing!!" She argues

I shake my head no fearfully "it was an accident I swear!!"

She calms down and runs a hand through her golden locks

"I can't believe you did that Farkle....." She mumbles

I felt awkward

"What are we gonna do Farkle? We can't just pretend that it never happened......."

I look into her blue eyes and ask "why didn't you pull away??"

"I did pull away......" She counters

"Not at first......."

"Well that's because I was shocked...." She replies back

I nodded and looked down

I then look back up and ask "did you feel anything.....?"

She shrugged blushing "I don't remember it was really quick....."
