Being the hero of Olympus isn't always great.

Percy was thrown across the cold marble floor as he winced in pain.

"You ready, Perseus?" Luke smirked.

Percy glared back daggers at him.

It was only a few hours from when he left camp...

When he left Annabeth all alone...

~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~

It just happened a few hours ago.

"Go on, and don't look back. Unless
you want me to change my mind." Luke laughed along with the other demigods.

Percy lowered his head and scowled.

He hated being weak.

He walked along, his arms were pulled back behind him with some really strong ropes.

Then he saw...

In the distance, there was a small lake.
His mind immediately thought of a getaway plan.

He could use his powers to drown all the demigods, and Luke too. Then while they are recovering, he could run away. Back to camp.

Back to camp.

It was only a few minutes and he was missing his Wise Girl already.
The feeling in his gut kept on telling him to do it.

Do it, Percy. Go on! You can get back to Annabeth, and Grover... All your friends.

But what if..

Just do it! For your wise girl
.

Percy focused on the lake, with the pulling feeling in his gut, he managed to pull the water out from the lake...

Making its way slowly to the demigods.

Luke noticed the water.

He pulled Percy to face him. The water immediately splashed onto the ground.

Dammit. He saw it.

Luke pulled off a false smile.

"Don't you even dare try that."

Percy sighed and shrugged in an I-don't-really-care way.

"Oh well. At least I tried."

Luke narrowed his eyes.

"You wouldn't want us to attack the camp, would you?" Luke smirked. "We wouldn't want dear Annabeth hurt, would we?"

"I feel so sorry for her having such a bad 'brother' for all these years. No wonder she dumped you." Percy spluttered without thinking.

It all happened in a second.

Percy felt a throbbing pain on his back.

He dare not turn back.

He heard the dripping of blood behind him.

"Shut up." Luke's voice was cold and dangerous.

Percy was smart enough to keep walking, not saying a word.

Then, he saw Luke whispering something to a few demigods, and before he knew it, he felt something hard hit the back of his head and he blacked out.
