After booking three tickets for a movie they badly wanted to see, Bucky and his squad were on their way to the nearest cinema, driving through the fast lanes in a navy blue VW beetle. He really wanted to try the new, twenty-first theaters experience with all the loud speakers, the wide screens and the really comfortable seats; that was what he heard from his fellow friends, and what was better than to go to a recently released movie that the whole world was buzzing about?

The moment Steve parked the car, he jumped out of the driver's seat and dashed to the gates, not forgetting to toss the car keys over to Sam. "Hey, woah! Wait up!" Sam called after Steve as he got out of his seat and locked the car. He began walking away until he heard metal clattering against glass coming from Steve's car. Sighing, he turned around to meet Bucky sitting in the back seat and knocking on the window.

Bucky looked up at Sam, pointing at the car lock."Can you unlock the car?" He inquired, hoping that he wouldn't get a no for an answer like the many other times he asked Sam for something.

"No." Sam answered simply, turning his feet around and slowly heading to where Steve had entered before unlocking the car and locking it back again.

"Guys!" Steve called from where he was standing in the long waiting line of the concession stand. He waited patiently for his friends to reach him, moving forward as the line moved. "Do you want anything to eat?" He asked them once they stood next to him.

"Hm," Sam hummed, eyes scanning the food options he had. "I want some salty popcorn." He spoke in a slight undertone, shooting Bucky a narrowed look.

Bucky lightly scrunched up his face at Sam before answering, "Cookies will be fine."

"Okay." Steve murmured, looking between Sam and Bucky. He turned back around to find that they had already reached the counter.

Their order didn't take long since it was merely some snacks to eat during the movie. When Steve received the bags, he and Bucky tagged along after Sam as he lead them to where their theater was.

"This way, guys." Sam pointed at the seats at the edge of the middle row. He went up the auditorium stairs and sat down at the third to last seat. Steve and Bucky followed shortly after and nestled in next to Sam. Soon, people began to file in and take their assigned seats as ads and other movie trailers started to roll on the white screen.

Not so shortly after, red invaded the whole screen, and what looked like a flip through a comic book took place showing random people in costume when others began to show one after the other until a silver writing sealed the short animation. "Just in time!" A young lady muttered enthusiastically to the other two ladies she came with. They settled down in the seats in front of Bucky, Steve and Sam as they started to pass the popcorn and drinks between them.

Silence nestled down in the whole auditorium when the movie began, people averting their attention to the screen, and Bucky starting to munch on his cookie.

As the movie continued to roll on the screen, Bucky found himself yawning, having lost interest in the movie as he saw it was some kind of boring biography he had similarly experienced some of its events. His eyes started wandering around, the people around him were too immersed in the movie. The room was quiet too if it wasn't for the loud speakers transmitting what was said in the movie.

Bucky sighed, closing his eyes but immediately opening them back again when he heard a string of quiet, broken nos coming from the row below his. His eyes went back to the screen, the scene that was unfolding seemed to catch his attention back again.
