glass-glass-glass

Broken wood and shattered glass,
fallen doors, torn windows - and holes, holes,
holes in the wall. Pits of blackness,
fits of darkness. And glass - glass, glass
all around, crack and growl and shatter to bits,
but take me in your sharp embrace
and never let me see the light of day.

Rage, rage against the rising of the light.
Let night reign eternal o'er this dying world.
Rage, rage against the rising of the light -
the hand that tore these trees by their roots,
the eyes that watched The Lifeless Ones burn.

Rage, rage against the rising of the light.
