Nursing my Lover

Tzuyu's POV

"CALL THE AMBULANCE PLEASE!" I heard a lady shout. I stared at my bloody hand and touched my face. I felt a lot of pain, but I didn't express it. 

"TZUYU!" Chaeyoung said while crying and hugging me. The ambulance came and they wanted me to get inside. Chaeyoung refused to let go.

"It's..gon be...fine.." I murmured. She probably didn't hear me, she was panicking so much.

A group of guys in white ran towards us and began clearing and working it out.

I was being carried to the ambulance and was being transported to the hospital. I honestly felt like I was gonna die. 

Sana's POV

I was talking to my coworker Mina on the phone, it was her day off. Suddenly, the doctor rushed towards me and shouted "Minatozaki! You're needed in the surgery room, now!"

Me being the good and polite worker, I stood up and ran towards the door. I saw many ambulances outside. Something bad must've happened. 

I saw the emergency team bring the patient inside the lobby. I gasped and quickly covered my mouth when I saw her. 

She looks really young, about the age of 16, she has wounds everywhere, and she lost an eye. I was really shocked that I just stood there. 

"MINATOZAKI! THIS IS YOUR PATIENT COME ON!" the doctor said. 

I quickly ran with them and began the surgery. 

She was on a coma for 3 weeks, and she has an artificial eye to replace her lost one. 

---After the surgery..aka. 2 months later---

I went to Tzuyu's room and got her the medicine she needed. I went inside and saw her doing her usual thing. 

She was staring through the window and looking at the sunset. She would always whisper "How beautiful" when the sun sets.  

She was pale, dull and always have this expressionless look on her face. It broke my heart seeing a girl so young to look and even express that way.

"Tzuyu-ssi..your medicine is here.." I said as I placed it on the table. 

"Leave it there unnie.." she said while laying down. "Unnie, what did I do to deserve this?" she said while a tear dropped from my eye. 

I went to a little closer to her and embraced her. 

"Tzuyu don't worry, unnie's here, right beside you," I said. 

..

....

Tzuyu was laying down while I read a book to her. 

"You know Tzuyu, it has been awhile to take care of a patient, my dream was to make people happy, so that's why I became a nurse," I said. 

"You're a great nurse..." Tzuyu's lip curved into a small smile.

I looked at her and read the book again.

"Unnie..can we go outside?" she asked while placing her hand on the window. "Fresh air..I need it.."

"Ok Tzuyu," I said with a smile. "I'll get your wheelchair," I said as I exited the room. The doctors disagreed with Tzuyu's idea, but I didn't. I might get fired but, as long as she's happy, then I'm happy. 

I helped her get to her wheelchair and we strolled outside. The hospital has a huge grassy field for old or young to play or to enjoy the view. It was beside the ocean so the view was stunning. 

Tzuyu's POV

We strolled down the sidewalk and saw the sun. It was setting. 

"How beautiful," I said louder than I expected. 

"I know," Sana-unnie said turning to me and smiled. 

I saw the beautiful sunset, but I found something more beautiful. I yawned, feeling a bit tired. 

"We should head back now, you must be tired," Sana-unnie said as she pushed the wheelchair. 

I woke up the next morning and there was no sign of Sana-unnie. A nurse came in and I asked her about Sana-unnie. 

"She was fired for bringing you outside illegally, you weren't ready to go outside yet, but she still did it even if the doctors disagreed," she said. 

"I-I'm gonna go to the restroom," I said while trying to stand up.

Unnie..how could you leave me..

We were in on this together..

I entered the restroom and looked around. I saw a window just beside the air conditioner. I climbed up the window and escaped.

The only place I know where it was safe was in my house.

Luckily no one was there when I arrived. I saw my butler Devian, he should be enough help. 

"Devian! I need your help!" 

He was surprised at my sudden request, well I did come in without knocking. 

"Mi-milady you're here!" he said with joy. 

"Please find this woman," I said as I handed him a photo of Sana-unnie.

"Your wish is my command milady," he said while taking the picture. 

He went to his laptop and searched.

"I have found her milady," he said. "She lives in the nest street," he said while patting my shoulder. He showed me a picture and said that this was her house. 

I ran towards the door and Devian said "Good luck, don't get hurt please," he said while walking towards his room. 

I nodded in agreement and dashed out of the door. 

I ran and ran. I saw it, I-I saw her house, it looks like it was the one from the picture. I saw someone get out from the house, it was a blonde girl, but she doesn't look like unnie. 

I quickly ran while limping to her. 

"D-do you know S-Sana-unnie?" I asked hoping for a yes. 

"Y-you need to get treated! Y-you're bleeding! " she said. 

I looked at my feet and saw a few bruises.

"There's no time! Please tell me where she went, I beg you," I pleaded.

"Sh-she's at the nearest airport!" she said. 

I thanked her and ran. 

I ran again.

I reached the airport closest airport, but I saw a plane fly above me, I was too late. 

I collapsed and fell to the ground clutching on to my chest.  For the first time, I felt a tear drop from my artificial eye. 

---Three years later---

I woke up earlier than I did than the last few days. I knew that it was Sana-unnie's birthday. That's why I'm early today. I packed the stuff I bought for her and left. 

I got the news that she died just a few months ago, so I bought the hospital where she took care of me and made the her grave there. 

I got there and it was a quite a sad sight, it was pale and dull. She didn't like that, knowing Sana-unnie. I put bouquets around it to make it prettier. 

"That's my Sana-unnie," I said while smiling. "You will always be there to nurse me huh? That's my unnie," I said as I walked away. 

"Tzuyu-ssi, you will always be my patient, no matter what,"
