Slipping into a graveyard,
late at night..
Causing mischief,
disturbing a gravesite..
Running off laughing,
for the adventure you had..
Falling asleep without knowledge,
of the evil you unleashed..
A strong stench wakens you, from your peaceful dream..
Your eyes open wide,
for a rotting corpse you do see..
Fright holds your tongue,
terror keeps limbs from moving..
A smile appears on its cruel face,
then,
as it steps near darkness takes its place..
You awaken to a headstone,
in the graveyard you disturbed..
On it a warning,
you never bothered to observe..
Here Lies the Reaper
disturb him at great risk..
For if angered,
you will wish only for death..
With eyes opened wide,
you are dropped into his crypt..
The night sky disappears,
your screams,
heard only by the dead..
