"Sweety, you're not wearing a formal dress, aren't you?" Tanong ni mama sa akin.

"Why should I, mom? Pupunta lang naman tayo sa party di ba?  Ba't kailangan ko pang magsuot ng formal dress? This jeans and gray shirt is fine" sabi ko kay mama habang tinitignan ko ang sarili ko sa salamin.

"Hindi lang basta-bastang party ang pupuntahan natin noh? Kaya you should wear this" sabi ni mama sabay bigay sa akin nung cocktail dress na color maroon.

Eh? Ba't ito pa? Does the party really formal? Ba't kailangan ko pang mag suot ng ganitong damit? Casual dress is fine.

"I won't wear that" sabi ko.

"You don't like that? I found it cute. Here. I guess you'll gonna like this" sabay abot niya sa akin nung black strapless dress. Whattttttt?!?! Ipapasuot niya sa akin ang damit na yan?!?!?! It can't be.

"Di na lang po ako sasama sa inyo. Just enjoy the part- - -"

"No. You should come. The party is for yo- - - I-i mean, you will enjoy the party kaya suotin mo na lang ito" sabi ni Mama.

Argh! Why I can't resist the charms of my mom?

"Fine. I'll come with you but I won't wear those dresses."

"I know you'll never wear that. I guess you'll gonna wear this one" sabay abot niya sa akin nung white dress. It's simple yet comfortable to wear, I guess. Mag mumukhang dyosa ang susuot ng dress na ito. Yeah! Dyosa! It's a dress na abot hanggang paa. Hindi siya strapless nor sexy straps. It's just simple.

"I'll wear this" sabi ko at pumasok na sa banyo para makapagbihis.

Pagkatapos kong suotin, tinignan ko ang sarili ko sa salamin sa banyo. It suits me well, I guess. It matches my white skin as well as my long black hair. Kulang na lang eh magsuot ako ng flower crown haha.

Pagkatapos kong tignan at pagpantasyahan ang sarili ko, lumabas na ako ng banyo. I didn't notice mom's shadow or mom herself.

"Mom?" tawag ko sa kanya but I didn't receive any reply from her or anyone.

"Mom? I'm already done" sabi ko ulit. Kaso, wala pa ring sumasagot.

Baka nasa baba na si Mama at hinihintay na ako.

Kinuha ko ang white flipflops ko at sinuot iyon. Also, the necklace and the flower crown on my bed. Baka iniwan ito ni Mama para isuot ko.

Pagbukas ko ng pinto, may tumakip sa mata ko. I was blindfolded. After awhile, may tumakip naman sa ilong ko and dahan dahan akong nahihilo. Don't tell me, may mangyayari na naman sa akin? Again? It can't be. I'm so sick of troubles.

After awhile, everything went black.

Napadilat ako ng may maaninag akong liwanag.

"Get up, darling. Magsisimula na" sabi nung pamilyar na boses. I guess it's Tito's voice but I didn't saw him.

Bumangon na ako at inilibot ang paningin ko. I'm in a white room. Tinignan ko ang suot kong damit, still, yung white dress pa rin ang suot ko.

Aalis na sana ako sa kama, nang may makita akong note sa side table.

Go downstairs, we're waiting for you. Just follow the red arrows and the rose petals.

Ano na naman ba ito? A kind of a joke? Well, it's not funny.

Ayaw ko sanang umalis sa kwartong iyon, but curiousity kills me kaya sinunod ko ang mga arrows at petals ayon sa nakasulat sa note.
