I'm woken up by people screaming and shouting at each other, 'someone's having an argument' I say to myself as I climb out of bed and head to the living room, I walk in to see Steve holding Tony back, he was arguing with Thor, beside Thor was a man with shoulder length black ravine hair and by the looks of it he was wearing Asgarden clothing, then it hit me, that's Thor's brother Loki, he invaded New York, wow he has some nerve showing his face here,
"No way Thor never happening EVER!" Tony shouts glaring at both Thor and Loki as he tries with all his might to get out of Steves tight grip,
"Guys, what's going on?" I asked a bit frightened seeing Tony this way, everyone turns and looks at me,
"It's ok (y/n) we're just having a bit of a disagreement" Steve says trying to reassure me but it didn't, Tony was still fuming,
"My Father has given Loki a chance to redeem himself by spending time on Midgard, when my Father is pleased with him and has seen that he has changed his ways, then he may return to Asgard" Thor explains mostly to me,
"Have you forgotten what he did to us, he nearly killed us on more than one occasion, he mind controlled Clint, he unleashed the Hulk he even tried to kill you Thor!" Natasha argues while everyone glares at Loki and he just smirks 'he's asking for it' I think to myself and walk over to Peter, Wade and the Titans.
"That will not happen again, if he betrays us, we kill him" Thor tries reasoning with everyone, everyone looks at each other, after a minute or two everyone nods their heads in agreement, Tony calms down a bit and Steve lets him go,
"Fine but don't expect us to be nicey nicey to him" Tony says rudely and storms off to his room and Steve follows him, the tension in the room was unbearable,
"That went well" Loki speaks up,
"Be quiet Loki" Thor warns him, the rest of the Avengers went their separate ways and Thor looked kind of sad,
"Hey Thor are you ok?" I ask walking up to him,
"Oh yes Lady (y/n), I just feel that everyone is angry at me" he says sadly, he breaks my heart to see him so sad, I put my hand on his shoulder,
"Thor they're not mad at you, it's just that they don't like the idea of Loki staying here, and plus it was your Father who sent him here not you" he smiles and pulls me in for a hug I hug back, we pull apart shortly after,
"Thank you Lady (y/n)"
"No problem"
"So you are (y/n) I don't believe we've met, i'm Loki Laufeyson" he steps in front of Thor and holds his hand out for me to shake, I hesitate but I shake his hand not wanting to seem rude even if he did try to take over the world, I believe in second chances and I don't know his side of the story, there is always a reason behind someones actions,
"Laufeyson? but your're Thors brother should you not be Odinson?" I asked confused,
"He's adopted"
