This was my personal opinion if you like this so called "ink style" then ok but I hate it so yeah... Deal with it.
Ok so there is this app named Episodes and it lets you read stories: it's just like Wattpad except Wattpad is better since Wattpad has less ugly artwork and people here actually tell real stories. They added the new "Ink Style" and all so now everyone is just using some really unrealistic comic animation to create their stories which were boring from the beginning. The authors never update there and I've been waiting for 2 years for someone to actually update their story (they never did). So, it started out great. The animation was decent and uh sometimes the guys were pretty uh how do I say it..... Disoriented. But once the ink style came, it all went down hill. Everyone started using the ink style like it was a viral meme or something. I don't despise the ink style: I just want to read the same story with the old style again. The authors all say the ink style is more realistic, but uh they're not? I mean on Episode you create animations anyways so why make it look real? It's still an animation. I'm just gonna show everyone a before and after (the art style and ink style). You guys say which one is better.
Before: (btw I chose the third option because the second one is mean)
After:
Sorry for ranting about this the whole time, here's the pro and cons
Pros: at least some stories are good, although expect a lot of kissing from literally EVERY.SINGLE.STORY. For some reason they all have romance in it.
Cons: the ink- style, in my opinion. Also because every story has romance in it. Some people don't need to read Romance novels everyday.
