Christmas Miracle

Zivas POV

It was Christmas Eve and everyone was at my apartment...except for Tony. I was kind of disappointed that he did not come. Abby handed me a present. "Thank you Abby. Even though I do not celebrate Christmas,I still love the holiday season" I opened the present and it was a new gun and it had my name engraved on the side. "Aww thank you Abby". We finished presents then we talked for a little while. After that every one left. I was still upset that Tony did not come. It had just turned 12:00am and I heard a knock at the door. I got up and went to the door,when I opened it I saw someone that I did not expect. "Merry Christmas sweet cheeks". "Tony" he had on a Santa Claus hat and there was a giant teddy bear with denim overalls on sitting behind him. "Tony...I thought you were not coming". "I was waiting until everyone left". "Why?". "Because I just wanted to be with you". I smiled and let him in. He grabbed the teddy bear and handed it to me. "Thank you Tony this is so sweet of you". "You didn't check it's front left pocket". I sat the bear on the couch and reached in its pocket. I felt a tiny box and grabbed it. It was a tiny black box,I opened it. There was a diamond ring with a gold band. "T-Tony...it is beautiful,but I can not take this. It is to much". "But I want you to have it" Tony took it out of the box and put it on my finger. I hugged him and we stayed like that for a little bit. Tony kissed me on the cheek then pulled away from our hug. "Tony thank you". "Anything for my ninja" Tony said holding my hand. "Here I brought a movie we can watch" Tony said grabbing a movie out of his bag that he brought. "Good that means you can stay here longer" I said as he put the movie in. "What movie is it". "Home alone". I looked at my new ring and smiled. "Tony this looks like an engagement ring,are you trying I tell me something?" I asked standing up and putting my arms around his middle and nuzzling my head into his back. "The reason I gave you the ring is because I love you". Did Tony just say he loves me. "You love me?". "Yes, I have for a long time". "I love you too". I went and sat back on the couch and leaned against the giant teddy bear. Tony came and laid down behind me then wrapped his arms around me. Tony nuzzled his face into my back. "How are you going to watch the movie with your face in my back Tony?". "I really don't care about the movie,I just want to hold you". "Tony DiNozzo,not caring about a movie. What is wrong with you?". "You,you have put me under a spell and I can't resist your beauty". I giggled a little and Tony held me closer. I rolled over so I was facing him. "Tony...you are so sweet". I planted my lips on his. Tony kissed me back and pulled me onto his chest. My brain was going everywhere and I could not think strait. Tony pulled away a minuet later after long passionate kiss. "Tony you are a better kisser than I remember" I said sitting up. Tony gave a small chuckle and sat up with me. "I think I am going to head to bed, we can share the bed" I said getting up from the couch. "Ok, I'm glad I packed some clothes". I went and changed into a tank top and nike shorts then crawled under the covers. I shut my eyes and felt arms wrap around me. "Don't I at least get a good night kiss" Tony whispered I my ear. I turned my head and Tony gave me a kiss. "Good night sweet cheeks. Merry Christmas". "Night".

Next morning 7:00am

I woke up with my arms wrapped around Tonys middle and my head on his chest. I felt his hands on my back and I had my hands down near his butt. "Tony wake up" I sat up and poked his stomach. "Merry Christmas sweet cheeks" Tony wrapped his arms around me. I giggled. Tony picked me up and swung me around. "Tony..." I giggled. He sat me down and kissed me. We made out passionately for 10 minuets then I pulled away. "All I want for Christmas is you" Tony said lifting me off the bed. I giggled and wrapped my legs around him. "Tony...I still have not given you your present though". Tony let me down and I went to my cabinet. I grabbed his present and put it behind my back. I walked up to him. "Close your eyes" I said. Tony shut his eyes and I put his present in his hands. I ran into my living room before he opened his eyes. I hid behind the couch. "No...you did not. You got me the 50th anniversary set of James Bond. It has every Bond movie ever made" Tony paused "Ziva where did you go?". I giggled. I heard footsteps then someone grabbed my ankles and pull me out from behind the couch. I laughed as Tony flipped me over. He kissed me and pined my hands to the floor above my head. I wrapped my legs around his hips and he kissed down my neck. "Oh...Tony" I sighed as he kissed my skin. Tony let go of my hands and slipped his up my shirt. "I will go down to my underwear and that's it for now". Tony chuckled and slipped my shirt over my head. Then he slipped off my pants and I kissed him passionately. I rolled over on top of him and he pulled away. "Still like it on the top Miss David". "Yes I do". Tony grabbed the back of my thighs and I smiled. He rolled back over on top of me and started to kiss my shoulders. Then Tony moved down my body to my hips. "I love every inch if you Ziva" he said kissing my tummy. "I love every inch of you too". Tony pulled away from my stomach and picked me up off of the floor. "I was enjoying that" I said. "I know but I thought it was getting a little uncomfortable on the floor". "True. Tony can you get me my blanket I am freezing". "Sure". Tony went to my closet and grabbed out my giant brown fuzzy blanket. Tony wrapped it around the two of us. I giggled as he laid me down onto the couch. "Tony go open some windows". "Why?". "Because it will get colder". "Ohhh. I see". Tony got up and opened my windows then came back to the couch. I wrapped the blanket around him and laid him down. Tony gave me a look and I nodded to him.

1 hour later

Tony stopped kissing me and I rolled off his naked body. I was sweating and panting. My voice was kinda hurting from screaming so much. "I bet the people on the street probably think your having a scream attack". "Is that even a real thing". "No but that's what it sounded like". I laid on Tonys chest under the blanket. Then Tonys phone rang. "It's the Boss man" he said grabbing the phone from the table. "Hey boss...yea I feel bad about not coming but I think Ziva will forgive me..." I giggled at his facial expressions as he talked to Gibbs "was that a woman" I heard Gibbs yell in the phone "yes boss...yes that's part of the reason I wasn't there...". "DiNozzo I'm going to make the back of your head look like a baboons butt" Gibbs threatened. He hung up and I giggled at him. "Thanks to you I might have brain damage...but your worth it" Tony said kissing me. "Sorry baby" I kissed him. We laid on the couch and told jokes while we snuggled up under the blanket. Then my door flew open and Gibbs was standing there. "Gibbs!" I yelped covering myself with the blanket. "Ziver you were the woman on the phone". "Yes...but Gibbs please don't be mad" I twisted my ring around my finger under the blanket. Tony held me close. "Well...I really can't stop you can I?". "No, I love Ziva". "And I love Tony". "Ok you can stay together". "Thank you Gibbs". Gibbs turned around and I hopped up and put my clothes on. I handed Tony his boxers and shirt and he put them on. I hugged Gibbs. "Whoa Ziver, you've got DiNozzo all over ya". I laughed. I showed Gibbs my ring and he gave Tony a heads lap before I could explain. "Gibbs it's not an engagement ring". "Oh..." I hugged Tony and kissed him on the cheek. "Get a room you two". "Well your kind of in our room" Tony said. Gibbs just turned around and walked out the door. I shrugged and turn back to Tony. "Why don't we get started on the movies" Tony suggested walking into my room. He came out with his new movie collection and pulled me back to my couch. I sat under the blanket with him as we watched the first James Bond. "I am freezing"I said snuggling it I Tony. "Your warmer when your naked". "Uh-huh" I said sarcastically. Tony slipped his hands up my shirt. I slapped his hand but he was persistent to get my top off. "Tony sto-" he cut me off with a kiss. Tony slipped my top off and kissed down my stomach. "Ok ok Tony stop....please". Tony pulled away. "What's wrong". "I just want you too kiss me". I pulled him back up to my lips. "Fine with me".
