Tony looked up from his paper work at Bishop. He did not really like her. He missed Ziva, the love of his life. But she stayed in Israel and started over. It's been 3 years since he's seen Ziva. She haunted his dreams, his thoughts during the day, and he couldn't stop thinking about her. Then the elevator opened and a little curly browned haired girl with green eyes came running out. "No Kate come back here" an Israeli accent sounded from the elevator.

Tonys POV.
The little girl came running out and to my desk. "No Kate come back here" a familiar Israeli accent came from the elevator. I looked past the little girl and a woman that I never though I would see again. "Ziva...". "Hello Tony" she said picking up the little girl. "Ziva I've missed you". "I have missed you too". "Is this your daughter?". "Yes, this is Caitlin DiNozzo-David she is 2 and a half". Did she just say DiNozzo-David. "Oh well she's beautiful" I stood up. "Hi sweetie" I said smiling at her. She turned away shyly and nuzzled her nose into Zivas hair. "Sorry she is really shy" Ziva said. "It's ok, but can I talk to you in the elevator". "Yes". She sat Caitlin down in my chair. "Kate can you be a good girl for mommy and sit here for a minuet while I talk with Tony". "Ok mommy". Me and Ziva went to the elevator and switched it off. "Ziva is she mine?" I asked. "Y-yes" she said looking at me with puppy dog eyes. "Why did you not tell me. I just missed 2 and a half years of my own daughters life" I said slightly raising my voice. "I am sorry Tony. I just did not think you would want her. I was...s-scared" she started to cry. I embraced her into a hug. "Ziva you are all I've thought about for the last 3 years. I will do anything for you and for Caitlin. I mean I am probably the happiest man in the world right now, because you have just told me that I have a daughter and the mother is the most perfect woman in the world" I hugged her. She cried harder into my neck and I kissed her on the head. "C-Can we stay with you tonight?" Ziva asked. "Ziva you can stay with me as long as you want". "Oh and Caitlin likes to go by Kate". She pulled away from the hug and I whipped away her tears. We walked out of the elevator and Bishop was playing with Kate. "Hey Tony aren't you going to introduce me to this sweet little girl and her mother?" Bishop asked. "Oh yea. This is Ziva David, and the sweet little girl is Kate". Kate ran to Ziva and she picked her up and Ziva rested her on her hip. "And your name is?" Ziva asked looking at Bishop. "Ellie Bishop. I was an analyst from the national security agency". "Well it is nice to meet you". "Zivaaaa" Abby screamed running to her. She halted when she saw Kate in her arms. "Is this your daughter Ziva?". "Yes she is. This is Caitlin or Kate for short". "Awwww your so adorable". Kate shied away into Zivas hair again. "She is a little shy" Ziva said. "Ziver" I heard Gibbs behind us. The both of us turned around to see Gibbs and McGee. "Yes she is mine" Ziva said letting Kate down. Ziva started to talk to every one then Kate stepped over to me and tugged on my pants. "Can you hold me?" she asked. "Sure sweetie". I picked up her up and she smiled at me. "You are a very beautiful little girl" I said smiling at my daughter. Kate's little cheeks turned rose red and she nuzzled her face into my shoulder. I really do not know how to tell her or if Ziva even wants me to. Ziva looked over at us and smiled. They talked a little more then Ziva turns to us. "Well we better get going" Ziva said walking back over to me and sleeping Kate laying across my shoulder. "I moved to a a new apartment so I will drive you there". "Ok".

At Tonys apartment 6:45pm
"Ok Princess you can stay in my guest room if that's ok with your mommy" I said crouching down in front of Kate. "That is fine with me" Ziva said "sweetie go get ready". Kate ran off to the guest room with her suitcase trailing behind her. I pulled Ziva into the bed room. "So what am I supposed to do Ziva? Have you told her who her father is?". "No but I have told her that if she ever meet him that he would love her very much and that he is very sweet, brave, and funny". "So do you want to tell her?". "I do not know Tony. I guess so". "We can tackle that tomorrow but for now we should get some sleep. I'll take the couch you can have the bed" I said holding Zivas arms and smiling. "Do you want to know something about your daughter". "Of course". "She loves movies, she can be very nosy, and she is very talkative around me. Remind you of anyone?". I picked Ziva up and swung her around in my arms. I sat her down on the bed and she smiled at me. I crouched down in front of her "I think we created an angel" I said chuckling. Ziva blushed and flopped back on the bed. "Lets go to sleep Tony". "Ok sweet cheeks". I crawled into bed next to her and Ziva snuggled up onto my chest. It kinda took me by surprise but she wrapped her arms around me. "Good night Tony". "Night sweet cheeks".

Next morning
Zivas POV

I woke up in Tonys bed with Kate in my arms. And Tony behind me with hi arms wrapped around the both of us. Kate must have snuck in here last night. Oh I missed Tony so much. I would cry almost every day because when I look at Kate I see Tony. She has his eyes, his since of humor, his love of movies, and most of all she has his smile. I am in love with Tony. I mean I am so in love with him and I can not seem to tell him. I felt a hand move the hair away from my neck and plant a quick single kiss on my neck. My heart practically burst out of my chest and I had butterflies. I gave a slight giggle. "Ziva...are you awake?". "Yes". Tony got up from bed and smiled at me. "I liked that position" I whispered. Tony chuckled. "You want some breakfast sweet cheeks". "Sure". I got up and followed Tony into the kitchen. Tony started to make eggs at the stove. I wrapped my arms around his torso and nuzzled my nose into his back. "I missed you so much" I said hugging him. "Did you really miss me that much". "Yes, yes I did. Every time I would look at Kate I would get upset because she reminds me so much of you". "I wouldn't let Bishop sit at your desk for about a year". I giggled. "Mommy" I heard a sweet little voice that I love so much behind me. I have been noticing a hint of an Israeli accent in her voice. I turn around to my beautiful little girl. "Morning sweetie" she came and ran into my arms. Tony finished making breakfast and we all ate at the table. We finished eating and we took Kate into the living room. She sat between us on the couch. "Kate, sweetie me and Tony have something to tell you. You know how I told you we would meet your daddy some day".
"Uh-huh".

Tonys POV

"Well you are sitting right next to him" Ziva said. Kate looked at me and smiled. Kate latched onto me and hugged me. I kissed her forehead and held her. "Are me and mommy gonna liv with you?". I looked at Ziva. "You can if you like". Ziva smiled. "Mommy can we". "I guess so" she said. Kate went and played with her toys in her room and Ziva came an stood in front of me. "This is very sweet of you to let us stay but...we will be leavening next week to go back to Israeli". "What...Ziva no you can't go again. Please. I've just met my 2 year old daughter. And I've fallen in love with her...and I've fallen in love with you Ziva".
"W-Wha...your in love with me". "Yes Ziva. Ever since I left you in Israeli I haven't stopped thinking about that night. And if is wasn't for that night we wouldn't have the beautiful little girl sitting in there. I can't live with out you or Kate in my life. Please, I beg of you". Ziva grabbed my shirt collar and pulled me into the bedroom. "I love you too" Ziva said then she pulled me closer. She leaned into my ear "I never stopped thinking about that night. I have waited 3 years for you. I just could not take it anymore so I had to come and see you" she whispered in my ear. Then Ziva pulled back and smiled. "I've waited for you too" then I pulled her closer. Our lips met and I worked my way though her soft curly hair with my fingers. We pulled away. "Please don't leave me again" I said holding her close to my chest a she looked up at me. "I-I do not think I can stay Tony". "Then I'll come with you". "Tony I can not make you do that". "Ziva please. I am so deeply and madly in love with you to where is hurts to think about you when your not here with me. My heart has ached for the last 3 years with out you here". Ziva started to sob into my chest. I picked her up and held her in my arms as is at down on the bed. "I'm sorry sweet cheeks. I hate making you cry". She looked up at me. "Tony do you really feel that way". "Yes I do. I'm in love with you". She stood on tip toes and kissed me. We pulled away. "Ok Tony, I will stay with you". I picked her up and swung her around in my arms. I gently laid her down on the bed and began to kiss her. She giggled as I slipped my hands into his shirt and pulled her closer. We pulled away. "I missed you" Ziva said kissing my neck. I picked her up off the bed an kissed her softly. I sat her down and pulled away from the kiss. Ziva smiled at me and caressed my cheek. Ziva fixed her self the pulled me out of the bedroom into the living room. "Mommy, daddy" Kate ran into the living room. "Yea Princess?". She latched on to mine and Zivas leg and hugged us. "What is wrong sweetie?" Ziva asked petting her head. "Not-ing is. I just want a hug". Ziva picked up Kate and hugged her and I hugged Ziva then kissed Kate on the temple. I kissed Ziva on the cheek and Kate smiled and reached her arms out to me. I took her from Ziva and she latched onto my neck. "I love you daddy".
