Under the Board Walk

Tony's POV 6:30pm

I looked across my desk at my beautiful partner Ziva. She looked up at me and smiled. That smile just took my breath away. "Why are you staring Tony?" She asked. "Sorry I was just thinking". "It is ok. Hey maybe tonight we can go and get a drink together". Usually I'm the one asking Ziva to go get a drink with me. "Sure but I have another idea. Dress really nice and I'll pick you up at 8:00". "Is this a date Tony". "Maybe". "Ok Tony. I'll see you at 8:00" Ziva got up and started for the elevator.

8:00

I walked up to Zivas apartment dressed in my suit and I knocked. I heard heels clicking through the place as she walked to the door. When Ziva opened the door, she took my breath away. She had on a black strapless cocktail dress that came to about 5 inches above her knee and it hugged all of her curves. Her 4 in black suede pumps made her legs look a mile long. "W-Wow.You look beautiful". "Awww thank you". "You certainly fill that dress in all the right places" I said sliding my hand down her back. Ziva smiled then took my arm. "So where are we going?" she asked as we walked to the car. "For a little swim". "What, Tony you've got to be kidding". "Nope, but before we swim. I've got some dinner plans for us". Ziva leaned over and kissed me on the cheek. We arrived at the wooden board walk and I ran around to open Zivas door. "You might want to leave your heels in the car". "I thought we are going on the board walk though". "No we'er going under it". I help ziva down the beach and under the board walk and the water gleamed in the moon light. I could see the candle from my little table that I set up. "Oh Tony I have never been on the beach at night before. It is beautiful". "I think your more beautiful than the beach" I grabbed her hand and planted a kiss on her palm. She giggled...wait Ziva giggle. "Was that a giggle Miss David". Ziva nodded shyly and we sat down. Through the dinner Ziva would occasionally kick sand on me. I wiggled my toes in the sand and Ziva just kept smiling at me. I've never seen her smile like this. "That was a great meal Tony. But now for the fun part. You ready for some skinny-dipping. That's what you call it,yes". "You are acutely suggesting we strip completely naked and go swimming". "Yes I am" Ziva pulled me up from my chair and drug me down to the water under the board walk. "Come on Tony" she said pulling me closer "I need to have a little fun". I looked around the beach and there wasn't a soul in site. Ziva turns around "Unzip me". I unzip her dress and she lets it slid off of her. "Keep going Tony" she said sliding her bra straps off of her shoulders. I unhook her bra and she drops it to the ground. Then she slips off her panties. "Wow" I say as she turns around and steps closer to me. "Now I get to help you" she untucked my shirt and slipped off my jacket. She stripped me down to my boxers. She pulled me closer to the water by the draw string and we got to the water she slid them off and jumped in the water.

2 hours later

I pulled up to Zivas apartment and Zivas cheeks have stayed red since we got in the water. We haven't kissed though, we just saw each other naked for the first time in 8 year. "Well that was probably the best first date I will ever have" Ziva said. "Why do you say that". "Because it could be my last first date". I walked Ziva to her door. "I had a really good time Tony". "So did I. Ziva I just want you too know how beautiful you are an that your the most special person in my life. You are all I really care about". "Oh Tony, you are so..." She stopped and hugged me. "I love you Ziva" I hugged her. "I love you too Tony". We pulled away from the hug. I put my hands on her back. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I leaned in and took her lips in mine. Her lips are so soft and sweet. We pulled away and I ran my fingers through her hair. "I'll see you tomorrow" I said. Ziva kissed me again. "I do not want you to go" Ziva pulled me back. "Don't worry you'll see me tomorrow". "Please stay" she held onto my arm. I gave her one more kiss and walked to my car. Ziva was pouting playfully as I drove away.

Next day 7:00am

I walked into the bull pin and Ziva was sitting at her desk. She looked up and smiled at me. No one else was in the bull pin yet. "Morning sweet cheeks". "Morning love". "Where's boss?". "He is on an assignment in Norfolk and McGee is sick". "So it's just us today". "I guess so". Ziva got up and walked over to me. She cornered me at my desk. "I wish you would have stayed last night". I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her. "Here let's go some where more private" I suggested. "Ok". I pulled Ziva into the elevator and shut it off. "Ziva, I couldn't stop thinking about you last night. I dreamt about you all night". "Maybe you should have stayed last night" she said cornering me. "I wish I had". "Oh yea you wish" she leaned in next to my ear "I were my necklace when I walk around in my house". "But you wear it all the time". "Just my necklace" she said kissing my ear. "Oh". I flipped around so Ziva was up against the wall. I leaned in to her neck and planted kisses down her neck. Ziva giggled as I wrapped my arms around her. She pulled me up to her lips. Ziva took my lips between hers and pulled me closed by my belt. We made out in the elevator for 5 minuets then we went back out to the bull pin. McGee was sitting at his desk. "Hey where you too go". "We were talking in the elevator". "Uh-huh". I went over to Ziva. "We should tell him" I said. "Ok". We both went over to Probies desk. "Probie we are about to tell you something and you can't repeat it" Probie nodded. "Me and Ziva went on a date last night". "Details". Ziva smiled "Tony took me down to the board walk and we ate on the beach. Then we...we went...". "Went what?" Probie asked. "Skinny dipping" Ziva said blushing. "How did Tony convince you too go skinny dipping?". "I was actually the one to strip first" Ziva said looking at her feet. McGee started to laugh. Ziva dug her face into my chest and started to laugh. I laughed and kissed her forehead.

Later in the day. 6:00pm

I walked Ziva up to her apartment door. "Now will you stay". "If

ma-lady wants me too". She grabbed my hands and pulled me into her apartment. Ziva giggled and pulled me into her bedroom. I kissed her neck and gently laid her down on the bed. She pulled me back up to her lips as we kissed each other passionately.

The next morning.

I woke up with Zivas naked body laying across my chest. "Wake up Ziva" I started to tickled her. Ziva giggled. "Stop Tony...please...I can't breath" she giggled. I stopped tickling her and gave her a passionate kiss. She punched my arm playfully as I kissed her. Ziva relaxed and snaked her arms around my neck. I pulled away and Ziva smiled. "Morning beautiful" I slipped my fingers into her long brown hair. "Good morning Tony".
